Geoff from Madroño came out to meet with me and discuss options and prepared a design plan with recommended plants, and he worked with us through lots of questions and requested changes. His team, led by Daniel the project manager, was great. They finished the job efficiently and were incredibly responsive with questions we had, and even rushed out on short notice one morning after the job was completed to help us fix the mess a local raccoon had made of the sod they had laid. The job was done on budget with no unexpected surprises there the only adjustments to the budget Geoff originally prepared were ones we had specifically requested to accommodate changes we wanted to make. Great experience and great people!"

"I want to state that this was the first home remodel project that we've had done to the home. I waited to do this review to see if any issues popped up and I'm happy to say that nothing has. Owner did the estimate and assured us that the job would be perfect. He was absolutely correct. They did a walk-in shower conversion and it's stunning. There were some logistical issues that were dealt with fairly quickly. While this did add to the estimated time to completion that wasn't a big deal to us and I as the end result is what matters most. We highly recommend them to do any remodeling job that you require. It will be a top notch job with them making sure that you are completely satisfied with the end product."

He personally came to our house to walk through the project and plan. His crew during the project were professional and courteous and answered any questions I had. Finally, at the end of the project he continued conversation and has set up for his crew to mow the very first time and inspect to see that all the grass is coming in nicely. Great customer service!"
