    I worked next to the finish line of the Boston Marathon in 2013. We had comfort dogs hanging out w/ us, investigators, & 1st responders outside for the following week. I don't have words to describe the feeling of a dog hug, because it's beyond language, but I'll never forget it.

  4. This is Tobias. He and his comfort dog friends visited Surfside, FL this week. They brought their “please pet me” vests and handed out mini stuffed comfort dogs, so first responders and families who lost loved ones can continue to receive hugs whenever they need. 15/10 for all

    This is Meyer. He has to hold somebody's hand during car rides. Also wearing a seatbelt because he’s responsible as h*ck. 14/10 safety first

    This is Birdie. It’s her first day at her new job. A little nervous after seeing there aren’t any cattle to herd. Thought she was pretty clear about her strengths during the interview. 13/10

    This is Chewie. She is 16 years old, and paraplegic due to a neurological deficit. Her favorite thing to do is float. Her second favorite thing to do is take a nap while she floats. 14/10

    This is Ginny. She loves to swim, but recently broke her knee jumping from the shore onto the dock. She had surgery to fix it yesterday and was so brave. We covered the remaining cost of that surgery for her. Please consider pet medical insurance. It’s best to be puppared. 13/10
