My husband and I really enjoyed working with Edward. We spoke to a few other contractors and felt like Edward was the most down to earth, not trying to screw you over, honest choice. I had a large deck demo in addition to pouring slab for a concrete patio. Fane was very helpful in making recommendations as I wasn't sure what dimensions I wanted, how to accommodate the large grade in my yard, etc.
They were able to get me scheduled quickly, perform the demo & cleanup very fast, and get the concrete pour done on the agreed upon timeline. Crew was friendly and I really appreciated Fane's guidance on how to best replace my very large deck with a modest concrete patio.

Allen Irrigation and Landscape did landscape drainage grading,installed a French drain system and has also done sprinkler system repair for me. Matt was professional, arrived on time, and gave a fair price for all work performed. He performed the entire job (dry wall installation, trim repair, and painting) himself. He communicated well throughout the process and was happy to explain any work he did. He inspected the property, measured the elevation of affected areas and provided a comprehensive set of solutions. I opted for the double-barrel drain and scheduled installation. The installation team was prompt and courteous. They were knowledgeable and informative during the installation providing vital information concerning drainage patterns and elevation measurements to ensure proper system functionality. The system works flawlessly and as designed. I no longer have to worry about flooding during heavy rain events. I highly recommend Olshan for water management and would gladly use them again.

They were great to work with. They showed up everyday on time, cleaned up after themselves every day, and did a great job of installing our new French drains and tying them into our pre-existing ones where they were still in good shape. They kept our backyard from flooding after the storms that followed afterward. We'll be calling them back for foundation work in the near future.
