"Project (June-September 2020): 9 windows, 3 New Construction, 6 Retrofit, 1 Sliding Glass Door. All windows were outfitted with new window sills and frames on the interior. (Millgard Ultra Line/ black ). Work quality - While installers were friendly and professional, I had to ask for a follow-up visit to address the following: 1.) Touch up caulk around windows. 2.) Remove plaster from the patio that was not cleaned up properly. 3.) Missing window. Customer Service - Office and sales staff were friendly and responsive. Value for Money - The quote was competitive. Final Note: While I ran into a few issues above (hence no 5-star rating), Heritage was responsive and resolved all outstanding issues satisfactorily. The windows are great - I would recommend the Ultraline any day!"

"My bathroom and master bedroom turned out amazing, I was very satisfied with the results.. Their team worked really hard and did a beautiful job , I already referred these guys to a few friends. I will continue to recommend!"
"Ken, the owner, is a wonderful craftsman! I highly recommend him! "
"I would highly recommend this company. I like the fact that once one of their workers starts on your project that they come out until job is completed. I had another company in the past that tried to juggle multiple projects at the same time so project took twice as long. Also liked that they were very neat and clean. Workmanship is superb. My new bathroom looks amazing."
"I am very pleased with the work that was done on my home. Palm construction took on two renovations projects at my house. Other companies weren’t willing to entertain the simultaneous projects. They were even able to start ahead of schedule. My bathroom fixtures were moved around to function better, give me more space, and the space was fully renovated. I am in love with the tile work that they did. In my kitchen they were able to change the layout, to give me the open concept I wanted. I was able to switch from electric to a gas range and the cabinetry that was installed is beautiful/high quality. The entire process was virtually stress free with the communications and updates I was given. All the timelines were met and exceeded. I would highly recommend Palm construction for any home project.
