We had water damage due to a pipe leak. IDT came immediately after being called and installed 8 large dehumidifiers to dry up all the water. They were extremely professional neat and tidy in the middle of a huge mess. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend their company.

Mold problems are scary and I got estimates for this project not just for the cost, but for the confidence that I would have in the company to eradicate the issue. I had an upstairs master bathroom and a downstairs powder room affected. I hired Rainbow based on Danny's knowledge, ability to allay my fears and his prompt response to any question or concern. He did not disappoint. He and his team (Jose and Alvaro) were respectful, on time, thorough and as Danny promised, the procedure was painless! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for this type of project or for any other home project that they have on their menu. And the price was fair too!

Very personable and upfront about what was going on with the repairs. The only reason for the 3.5 rating on the "value for money" question is because I have never had this type of work done so I really don't have anything to compare it to. However, I will say that they worked with me on bringing some of the cost down, so that I did appreciate. Overall. satisfied with the work that was done.

Alex and his workers were exceptional. Alex was very thorough from assessing the water and mold issue and throughout the process. He was very detailed in the paperwork, therefore everything that needed to be done was very clear. I called him many times with many questions. All were answered. I was so happy with the workers he sent. They were polite, hard working, very thorough, and I was very comfortable with them in my home. I am so relieved that my kitchen is mold free.
