After I explained the hard water issues I was having in Commerce City and the time frame I was given for instillation from other companies they were eager to earn my business and came out and installed the entire system that day. I opted to get a water conditioning and softener unit because of the reunion area water hardness. I looked up the brand online and after a few weeks of having the system I am very happy with the results. This is a brand new home and only after two weeks were had build up happing in the new sinks and showers, both the dish washer and clothes washer. I recommend that every new home buyer get this system as soon as you get your home because it is not an option with the builder and no one tells you how bad the water is in commerce city only that a water softening plant is being built. This is a smaller company but they sell better quality products, are eager to earn your business and Bob was very good. He arrived when he said he would, brought the entire system in my home, explained the benefits of how he would install and went to work. Within two hours had everything complete and it was all quality work. During the entire process water pros team was friendly, truthful and completed as promised. I would recommend using them above the two other options that came up in my search of this area."

"Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."

About us: "We are a locally owned and operated company. Hello, i'm an HVAC technician, i've been practicing it since i was young since it's a family business. It's time to do my own thing. I have worked on furnaces and split systems and i know pretty much any problem that could come through and i won't leave your house till it's blowing hot or cold air. I'm offering my services for a flat fee. 80 dollar for the diagnostic, and a flat fee of 3050 for any existing problem. (There are some exclusions: new unit install , compressor swap or leak fixing). If there's any material being purchased i will send you the receipt for it and charge you 30% for gas etc. For after 7pm calls the fees are doubled. I'm not trying to overcharge no one, i'm an honest man and leaving a good impression and getting more exposure interests me way more than an extra hundred dollars that i didn't deserve. "My project was more complex than most installs, as it involved removing carpeting and the 100-year-old wood floors that were destroyed by the previous owner of my home, leveling out support beams that were causing bowing, installing new subfloor as none previously existed, and then finally installing new wood floors and trim. I initially called IFloor and spoke to Jeno about an on-site quote. He promptly scheduled a time at my convenience. He arrived on time, we discussed the scope of the project, my concerns, and the overall aesthetic I hoped to achieve with new floors, I asked his opinion about different woods, finished and plank widths. He then took measurements, gave me the quote and explained that everything except the wood flooring itself was included, as I had not decided on flooring yet and the cost varies by species. He also informed me that because he does a large amount of purchasing through lumber liquidators that he could receive a discount there if needed, and recommended a place on the far eastside for high-quality custom finishes. I requested a quote from another company to compare and quickly realized how competitive Jeno's pricing was, especially considering the scope of the project. The other installation quote was several thousand dollars more, and the company said Id have to contract someone else to remove the wood floors because they don't do removal or repairs, just install (seriously?). Once I selected and ordered Tigerwood flooring and it shipped we scheduled installation time to last 3 days. As Jeno and his crew worked a few issues came up because of the age of my house, he assessed them and provided solutions for the best fix to maintain quality and aesthetic appeal. When I came home on the last day of the project, I was blown away at how good they looked. He did an excellent job, and I'm confident that these floors are going to be what re-sells my house one day. There were several small items that ended up being replaced including the baseboards, IFloor didn't nickel and dime me for all of the minor issues that came up during install, which was a concern of mine going into the project. I will hire Jeno and IFloor to refinish 2nd floor in the Spring and am confident they will turn out just as nice. I'd recommend this company to anyone that needs floor replacement or installation."
