A great company to work with! They took care of getting permits, or ordering materials, and building our deck. It was a pleasure hiring Mr. Estevez to remove a small partition wall separating our dining room from our living room. He did a great job with the removal, patching the hole on the adjoining wall, and painting over it. He was even gracious enough to paint the rest of the wall just to make sure everything matches. If you're looking for an all-around Handyman who is honest, affordable, and does excellent work, look no further than Mr. Estevez.

I was thoroughly pleased with the fine quality of work provided by The Basement Pros in leveling my sidewalk. The work was done by the owner himself, Peter Garvin, and Alexis, one of his experienced workers. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of the work done by Peter and Alexis. They arrived on time after giving me a call and spent over 90 minutes on the job. They answered any questions I asked and graciously explained the poly foam method used to level the sidewalk. They took their time injecting the poly foam, insuring it was done in the most efficient manor. They made sure not to rush the injection of the poly, examining the progress of the leveling many times throughout the job. I was very impressed with the teamwork of Peter and Alexis during the process. They consulted and advised each other as the work progressed. I found them both to be very professional and personable. The same can be said of Yana in the office. I have every confidence in quality of work done for me. They were very respectful of my property, cleaning up everything as they finished. They also asked if I had any questions or concerns about the job when they finished. Obviously I did not. I truly feel that I could not have had a better experience than I did with The Basement Pros. It is certainly gratifying to have an outstanding company do an outstanding job for me. I give them my very highest recommendation without any reservations.

John Booth was a pleasure to work with, he provided an estimate and kept to it. The patio looks great and will add value to our home and an outdoor space we'll enjoy for years. John stayed in touch to make sure we were still on target for the agreed upon date (we have several projects in process, so scheduling was tight. We are glad we took his advice regarding to go with stamped concrete rather than pavers, it was not only a matter of price, but of long term maintenance. Dominion Hardscapes did an amazing job installing stone walkways around our home and pool house . Rick worked with us on selections and offered design ideas that were both ascetically pleasing and functional--improving the natural beauty of our home. I manage a condominium community in Arlington. One building needed a foundation modification due to a rodent infiltration. The work performed was essential and done well. The issue was resolved. More recently, Structural was hired again for surface water management on a sidewalk low area where they installed Ecoraster blocks that collect and direct water off the sidewalk. They also applied this Ecoraster solution to a hillside next to a building that was eroding badly. The solution is excellent. Pat does a good job of listening and recommending appropriate solutions for the issue.
