JW Home ImprovementExtremely well. A leak in a kitchen pipe destroyed the floor, which had to be rebuilt from the subfloor up. While we were at it, we decided to remodel the entire kitchen, which involved removing cabinets and old wall paper and patching and painting the walls. Virginia Kitchen & BathWe recently completed our kitchen and powder room remodel. Leon and Bo were our sales/designer team. They were very helpful providing us alternatives to what we “thought” we wanted to help open up our small kitchen (removing outdated soffits and the ledge on our center island). We were a little concerned when we learned before our project start that they left the company because we still didn’t choose our countertops, backsplash and paint colors. The owner Kemal Boyraz reassured us that the project would go smoothly and he and his team would assist us. Although we were a little apprehensive starting demolition before our final selections, I soon found myself thanking Kemal and phrasing the crew assigned to our project! Sertac was our project manager and Andy was our crew leader. Any concerns we had we brought to the attention of Sertac and were quickly addressed and relayed to Andy. Andy was personable and worked with me and my husband and made design, plumbing and electrical suggestions. He even sat with me and gave his onion on paint swatches I was struggling with! The powder room mirror we selected turned out to be too large and to order the smaller mirror would have taken two weeks to get. Andy ran out to a few different suppliers to find it in stock. I can’t praise and thank Andy and his crew enough. Our new kitchen and power room turned out to be even more beautiful than we imagined. We went from dark dated cabinets and countertops to a bright and open elegant design. Thank you Virginia Kitchen & Bath for all your hard work and craftsmanship. We had beautiful results. Though the floor wasn’t in bad shape to begin with, the past year of having everyone home caused it to show signs of wear. Spoke to Jodi on Saturday, and she provided a rapid turnaround of Wednesday for the service. My favorite part was that Prospect sands the floors down and then they apply the samples of stain for the customer’s viewing and final decision making. This way, we had a better idea of how the stain would look in the end. The crew was very polite and humble and a pleasure to work with. After the service, I received follow up calls to ensure that we knew how to care for the floor afterwards.

Bought a home that needed top to bottom renovations, including almost 2000 sq ft of new hardwood, another 2000 of old hardwood floors/steps/banisters refinished, another 2000 of luxury vinyl installed, and carpet steps ripped out and replaced with hardwood. Of ALL our MANY contractors (tile, electric, painting, handymen, etc), Masood was the one person who's team showed when he said he would 100% of the time, did a great job the FIRST time (one crew ripped up old carpet and installed all the hardwood in ONE day, and another crew installed the vinyl in ONE day as well - honestly, I didn't think that much could be done in so short a time). He provided great pricing and wonderful service, advising me which flooring would be more durable and ordering in a flooring I liked best rather than pushing me into something easier to get. Masood is very easy to work with and made sure everything was done well. We had used him at a previous house and been happy there as well, but the new flooring in this house made a huge difference. Highly recommend D&S!
