First, dig under the existing driveway and remove the roots that were growing underneath. Second, dig a couple of feet on both sides of our existing driveway to widen it out. Driveway Doctor (George Paving and Seal Coating)Immanual George is the youngest of the Son, Father, Grandfather and did the estimate - he also communicated very well with me throughout the job. They had three other workers in addition to the 3 Georges and Immanual led the other workers. I was fortunate that they could work me in due to someone else suspending a job. They were very reasonably priced and performed excellent work. There were 3 generations of George's (their last name) on the job. The youngest is the best for communicating and their team did an exceptional job. They are ALL Business and got right to work and did not stop until the job was done and it looked fantastic. I would absolutely recommend them again. The work they did was the repaving (asphalt over existing) a semicircle driveway and widening it in a couple places. Frank's BlacktopNick and his crew were prompt. They were courteous and performed the work as discussed. Nick was on-site the entire time and supervised the work. They moved the dirt from the driveway to my back yard where I directed them to at no extra cost for the labor. Two of my neighbors were so impressed with the work that they hired him on the spot to do their driveways too. Best estimate I received for the same work. Excellent service! My husband setup the appointment at the last minute due to bad weather constantly rolling in, but the gentleman from Paveco was ready that morning to come out and do the seal coating when asked. I was very impressed but was even more impressed when I was unable to make it back home from errands before the young man finished, and he patiently waited for me to return so I could pay him for his work. He never called me to ask where I was even though several unforeseen circumstances made it nearly impossible to get home in time. The driveway looks amazing and the young man told me to call anytime I had questions. A few hours after he worked hard to get it all done, rain that wasn't on the forecast hit, but our driveway still looks awesome.

Dominic told my wife that sealing our driveway apron with oil seal was better than sealing with water seal because the water seal will cause the driveway asphalt to crack in 6 to 8 months. We paid $425 up front for the service to be performed. I was suspicious about such a high price for such a small area. So I looked up on the net the average price for sealing a small black top driveway which was $80-115. The net also told me that oil sealant is being phased out because it has toxic chemicals that pollute the environment. Most reputable sealing contractors use water based sealer. I called Dominic and asked for a refund. He said absolutely not. He had already bought the materials to be used for the sealing job to be done three days later. I told him he could use the materials with other sealing clients. He still said no. I told him I was canceling 3 days ahead of time, that was plenty of time. He still said no. I told him I would dispute the payment with the credit card company. He still said no refund. I told him I would report him to the Better Business Bureau. He said go ahead. “I deal with people like you all the time. No way are you going to get your money back.” I told him not to come for the job. I was canceling. I didn’t say it but I don't think he is ethical and I don’t want to do business with him. I will see if my credit card company will refund the $425. Meanwhile, I recommend that you think twice about dealing with this company. When I looked there were 19 one ratings on the rating scale. This is the twentieth. That's a lot of 'lousy' ratings. In my opinion Angies list should de-certify this company.

From start to finish, this was an awesome experience! The office staff arranged a set time for the estimate, rather than just showing up unannounced. Jerry was extremely accurate in his estimate of the work to be done. I was concerned about a massive tree root beneath the existing driveway and they totally took care of everything. From there, Kathryn was very informative with the process and even letting me know when they would arrive. The crew was respectful of Covid protocol and arrived with masks. They completed the 1000 sq ft job in less than 3 hours including adjusting and rehanging my drive way gate. Definitely recommend them for your paving projects!!

I needed to expand small old driveway and wanted to place new pathways around the property. After contacting many companies with desperation-- either many companies were not available or very expensive , IBC came and rescued me. Mr. Rigo was very professional and precise. He and his crew worked so hard during beginning of the cold winter and I could not be happier. On top of that, the price made my Jaw dropped- the very first quotes was three times more expensive than their quote. However I could see how they worked so efficiently and how reduced the cost. Mr. Rigo was the owner and the estimator and was doing billing and was doing all the labor together. I have to say the work was very solid because he did everything and he took the responsibility. I strongly recommend their service to anybody. I already refer my friend to this company. Only thing is Mr.Rigo is too busy and could not answer the phone. Just leave message to the phone and he will call back days after when he has time. It is worth to wait for their schedule.
