AHS used this company and it is one of the worst. I could never reach them for a status, and they basically wasted hours and hours of my life.

Once the part was ordered and delivered, they called to schedule an appointment. A different guy came to replace the part and the burner works fine now. I had some difficulty understanding both repairmen but that didn't interfere with the work being done. They did what they were called to do and I am satisfied with the repair.

I have a contract with AHS so I only had to pay $75 to this company. One of my five gas burners didn't light up (one I use the most). The repairman came initially and diagnose the problem as needing a diffuser (?) module needing a replacement.
