We worked w Mark Rash and his team to extensively remodel an older Southlake home. We painted, retextured walls, new lighting, installed new oak flooring throughout with new baseboards and custom trim, remodeled staircase and installed a beautiful floor to ceiling custom marble fireplace to replace a dated stone brick facade. This is the 3rd remodel project I have done (others in San Fran and SoCal) and Mark is hands down the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. He is extremely responsive, had attention to detail and takes pride in his work. Most importantly he operates his business with integrity and character. With ANY remodel unforeseen issues arise and Mark deals with them in a very transparent and fair manner. While TRBCO might not be bargain basement pricing I do feel that the level of service and craftsmanship provided is very fair and plan to use them again for future projects.

Mr. Brown arrived right on time and was ready to go. We discussed my slab patio and the delima that I was in. Mr Brown gave me several options on how best to rectify the problem. One of the options was to wait to see if there was any more movement of the slab. I told him I would do so and contact him early Spring, next year If there was more sliding. Mr. Brown is very knowledgeable about concrete and his honest in his assessment - can't ask for more than that now days. Thanks Angies List. Keep this one.

Brennan Enterprises IncTook quite awhile after the measuring to get the parts ordered and in hand, then another few weeks to get the installation done, but I chalk that up to them being busy and working through their work load. Initial appointment 4/22/2019, signed contract 5/6/2019, 5/13/2019 measurements taken, 5/16/2019 materials ordered, 6/14/2019 I inquired about how much longer for the installation, 7/6/2019 the installation was performed. Once the installers arrived, they tore out the old door, installed the new door, cleaned and picked up everything and the job was complete in one day. After about a year, the door was sticking and operation was getting harder as time went on, I wasn't worried at all since the door has a lifetime warranty I called and a technician was dispatched checked out the problem, ordered parts came and installed the new parts and the door is back to working as it should. I am a little concerned as some of the cladding had to be reordered and redone, which now has seams in it rather than one solid piece, but again with a lifetime warranty I trust if there's ever an issue Brennan with uphold my warranty.- Jim B.

The workers doing the jobs are all experts. They care about the job they do, and it shows in the final product! Everything is perfect...and when it wasn't, then they immediately stepped in and made it so. They were here when promised...on time and intent on doing the job. Kyle and Kim are wonderful to work with on the planning; Brady was my contact for communication and was totally responsive and eager to take care of my requests and concerns; and the day to day artisans that created the kitchen of my dreams were superb ... everyone of them. They cleaned up at the end of each day so I wouldn't be living with trash/dirt that happens with this kind of remodel. They respected our privacy, and were personable and polite and pleasant to have around the house. Now that it is finished, we are already planning other projects.
