When I called again, he couldn't come for a few hours. I went with another plumber that aggies list had recommended, who came out within the hour, and fixed it

  The founding owner of Good Guy Plumbing, Matthew Ornejo, aptly named the company. He is both a "good guy" and an outstanding plumber. Crowding us in at the end of a Friday--and we were even new customers--Mr. Ornejo worked into the evening--well past 7:30-- on that Friday night, returning again on Saturday with other equipment. When he discovered that the "clog" in the mainline to our septic tank was a formidable tree root, he recommended whom we might call, providing the sort of knowledgeable and thoughtful consultation service that a primary care physician would in calling in a specialist. AND, he called on the day of that service just to see how it all was going. I would recommend Good Guy Plumbing in a heartbeat, and will certainly go to him for plumbing...and, as it turns out, other areas as well, including electrical work. Additionally, Mr. Ornejo's pricing was well within the intersection of reasonable and affordable, wholly WITHOUT unexpected, "ad hoc" add-ons.

  I called because I could not turn off the hot water. They said, someone, would be there within 2 hours. The plumber arrived in less than 90 minutes. He was neat and clean. He set right to work. After 15 minutes or so he had taken apart the old faucet tried to make a repair but the faucet was not repairable - not surprising since the faucet was quite old. I asked if he could replace the faucet but the one I wanted he did not have on his vehicle. He called the office and they had one in stock. He was gone about 40 minutes. He installed the new faucet in about 20 minutes. He cleaned up after himself

  Mr Ramirez and his crew are professional, honest and worked hard. Mr Ramirez contacted me right away and arrived to my house that same evening to look at my fire pit. We agreed on a price and the project was completed within the weekend. They all worked **** ** adding the gas line to the fire pit and completed the task the same day despite the bad weather. They cleaned up and made sure I knew how to work the fire pit. It looks beautiful and I can’t wait to enjoy it
