  Astro had the best price and an excellent warranty. Only time will tell of course if the 3 year warranty will hold up, as these are termites we're talking about.   Poor customer service. I had contacted them and had an appointment scheduled for between 2 and 3 on a Saturday. No one showed between that time, so I contacted them at 3:30 to check on the status. The person answering the phone said there was an emergency issue and they had to cancel all their appointments. She said she would call me back on Monday and they would schedule me. It is now Thursday and no one contacted me. Fortunately, I was able to contact another company who promptly responded and provided great service and customer service. I completely understand emergencies change priorities, but to completely disregard a customer, not even with just a simple follow up phone call, shows a lack of respect for their customers.
