Miguel and his father did an excellent job of installing laminate flooring in our master bedroom and walk in closet. They also did repair work on several doors that were rubbing against carpeting in bedrooms. They were very prompt, neat, courteous, and replied by email within 10 minutes whenever I contacted Miguel. I will definitely hire Miguel again to do work at my home. Highly recommend him to anyone needing work done at their home.

I highly recommend Kornerstone Construction for all your exterior siding needs. I used Kornerstone twice in the past few years, and each time they did a fantastic quality job.They were always on time, and cleaned up daily before they left. The owner Vadim is very personable. He is a great communicator, and he took the time to explain all the work that needed to be done, also showed me photos of the work he's done for other customers. He always informed me prior to any work that was outside the scope that came up unexpectedly, that needed to be address. He is a perfectionist, and it shows in the quality of his work. I used to always get 3 bids on all the jobs I hire. I would recommend getting 2 bids prior to meeting with Vadim, and you will definitely see the positive difference in his professionalism, and expertise. If I ever I need siding work now, I only call Vadim, and Kornerstone Construction.

Our project involved replacing decking, pickets, risers, treads, and stringers, on a 12 year old PT pine wood double deck that spans two sides of our home, along with straightening the 6 x 6 vertical support posts. The estimate for the project was well under the final price due to many items on the deck that needed to be replaced but could not be seen until removed. The work crew varied from two men to as many as five on any given day and they were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in their approach to the project. The owner kept in constant communications with us regarding delays or days in which work could not be accomplished due to weather conditions or other issues. Even though the project was well over budget, in the end we felt we had a quality project with no short cuts and a renewed deck that should last many years into the future..
