It was amazing! I had to call Yessica several times to reschedule the move based on the fluctuating close date. She was understanding and accommodated us. D and J mover helped us by provided for movers who were prompt professional and on time... They were sooooo understanding. We have a young baby and were not finish with packing all the boxes as they were coming. They just worked around us and showed fellow feeling.
We had to leave early to get the keys from closing attorneys office and they finished packing up and met us at the new residence.
They had to wait hourrrrrrrrrssssss for us to finish the paperwork and when we finally arrived they were not upset or irritated with the wait but handled the task at hand mile pros. They lined the walkway, propped the door and went to work.... They completed the job with smiles and we were all smiling at the end of the job!
I would recommend them without a doubt! They get 10 stars in our book! They are amazing! Thank you Yessica and all the movers! We are very very thankful for your patience and wonderful service. If we ever move or know of anyone who is.... D and J will be the first call!

Having had a failed and unfortunate experience with another local removal firm I was really pleased to make contact with the team at Atlantic Group USA. Needing their assistance at short notice they were accommodating to some further delays that were out of my control. When it came to removal day they were on time, efficient and very professional.

In my opinion, movers, like all companies, should be rated based on service rather than perfection. Thatâ s how I rate Good Move USA. My move was small yet my sales rep Josh treated my like his most important customer. He was empathic and answered all my questions. The big companies, on the other hand, could not have cared less and simply brushed me off. I was originally scheduled to load on a Friday when an earlier delivery window opened. I needed to be ready to load Tuesday and was unsure I could do that. Thatâ s when I met Eglis, the hub of my Good Moveâ s experience. I shared my concerns and Eglis promised her crew would help me finish getting ready â ¦ and they did! My items arrived the same day I arrived at my new destination. The gentlemen who unloaded were not only courteous but friendly after having had a long day. Only one item was broken and Eglis worked tirelessly with me to replace it. Good Move did everything necessary to ensure I was completely satisfied. I can honestly say, from my first call with Josh through my post-move help from Eglis, I experienced some of the highest levels of customer service I have ever received. I was pleased, not because the move was perfect, but because of the care and respectful treatment I received.

Quick, professional, and experienced. Underestimated the number of boxes. However, the men were capable of fitting everything in their van. I recommend them without hesitation. I wish I never move again; however, if I do, I will really call them!

MIKE IS GREAT!!!I I had a very bad experience two years ago with a proposed long distance move. I expressed my doubts to Mike at Upscale for this move. He stated their policies as well as how his company did a move. He lived up to every specific he stated to me and all was in his contract. Best of all the contract was so easy to read and understand. I recommend Mike and Upscale Movers at the highest level. If he were my neighbor we would share coffee and donuts in the morning and barbecue at dinner time. Grateful for his business and help.
