Recent Review: I would give 6 stars if the option was available. It was the easiest decision I've made, and I am so happy with my bathroom renovation. This project consisted of demolition, rebuilding, new sink, and a new bathtub.. basically a new everything. Nick from Everlast Construction was great to work with. He provided options, understood what we wanted from the start and did little extras that many others would overlook. The details inside the bathroom are now complimented by everyone who walks in there! They create beautiful, stunning work.
Recent Review: I asked for an appointment and gauranteed the electrician would be out at 3:30pm. I was later told that is not true by another representative and I should expect a call anywhere between 2-6pm. The electrician was amazing, but the administrative staff seem to have trouble understanding that I cannot keep me and a realestate professional and my wife just waiting for 4+ hours. The electrician did an inspection and replaced a deficient wiring installed by the previous contractor. The cost was more than I was originally quoted of $40.00 So the price is way over, but I am glad the electrician fixed the GFCI and gave us the inspection information. I called them multiple times after 3:30 as I had not heard from them till 5pm and they said they would defiently be there before 6, and I had told them that they were holding up the final peice of my home inspection from being completed so I can buy the place (which I had originally told the first lady that stated they would be out there at 3:30pm). I really needed them earlier so I could get the information back to the lender. I feel that the electrician was excellent, but the administrative people in the office could use a lesson in manners and courtesy to new customers to keep them for the future. I listed I would use them again, but its debatable and I would only use them again if no one else is available. I am sure they will respond and state they gave me a time range, but I know for a fact that I was originally told that they would be out there at 3:30pm and they were not able to actually to hold to their original time. The inspection and fixing of the one outlet took a hour and half. If a individual makes an appointment you are expected to keep it, but if a company that appears not to care about their customers makes an appointment they can be like the cable companies and just give you such a wide range of time that you have to take off work to just sit around and hope they show and not know if they are coming or not.
Recent Review: From start to finish, the America?s Dream Homeworks team was incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly. From the first day, Mark and John, our head contractors, would take the time to answer all our questions (in person, via phone, and via email) and walk us through each step of the remodel project. Our ADH construction team, Vlad, Vasily, and Peter were hardworking and responsible. They always took the time to clean up at the end of the day too. Lana managed our billing/account very smoothly. The entire team was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Our remodel project consisted of a complete kitchen remodel (demolition, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, finishes), removing one wall between the kitchen and dining area, a full bathroom remodel (demolition,plumbing, electrical, finshes), re-carpeting one room, installing laminate wood on one staircase, and refinishing all the hardwood floors in our house. They completed the work on time and didn't try to fit in other small jobs between ours. The ADH team was very helpful with suggestions on materials and design elements for each project. In the kitchen, they installed Sensa granite countertops, Timberlake cabinetry, and Bedrosians floor tiles. In the bathroom, they installed Piedrafina marble shower walls and vanity countertop, Timberlake vanity cabinet, and Bedrosians floor tile. Everything looked great and we couldn't have asked for more. One thing that I appreciated about working with Mark and John is that there was no cost over-run. The quote at the beginning is exactly what we paid at the end of the project. I would suggest being certain and clear about what your vision is for the project and getting it documented in the contract.This being my first time doing a remodel, I realize that I was not as prepared with making decisions as I should have been. That said, ADH was very accommodating of change orders during the project and was very reasonable about pricing. This was definitely a pleasant experience all around. Thanks ADH!!
Super Service Award Recent Review: I could not be happier with the performance of SOD Builders! We had a full renovation of a our Master Bathroom. We had a small plumbing problem that was going to require some work, and because I had hated our bathroom space so much, we decided to start from scratch! I had VERY specific design ideas and from my initial meeting with Daniel Levi all the way through the end of the project, the entire team was very aware and accommodating to my precise requests. I am an extremely demanding person with very strong opinions, and was very concerned with picking a contracting partner. After several interviews and reference checks, I really felt the most comfortable with SOD builders. I will say they were not the lowest bid, but I knew I wanted a job well done, and felt this company was my best choice. One of my favorite people in the world quickly became Hector Torres! I really don't know how he put up with me. I changed my mind on the tile after it arrived, and had to stall the project while I waited for new tile. SOD did not miss a beat and was able to accommodate the new schedule (thanks Adi!). Hector was constantly in communication with me and always available for updates and questions. I need to add that I was rarely home during this process and that the work took place in the busy and hectic month of December, right through Christmas. Everything went better than expected! I had full trust in the team Hector brought in, and never worried once that they would not "get it right". SOD referred me when needed to an amazing plumber, and glass company for the shower (MD Glass). Any issue that came up, SOD was quick to remedy. There were very few throughout the project, and all were immediately addressed. The project came in on time, and without going over my overall budget. The bathroom is gorgeous, and everyday I am happy with the outcome. I am considering some work in my Kitchen and would 110% use SOD again! Thank you especially to Hector and Daniel and Adi. Recent Review: I could not be more pleased with Wise Builders and how they managed the remodeling of my hall bathroom. From the first meeting with Tom and Adam, they were professional, responsive, and clearly very knowledgable and experienced. Wise took care of everything, from planning the project timeline to pulling permits and coordinating all of the subcontractors. Tom gave great design advice along the way, and steered us towards some good suppliers for tile and plumbing fixtures. I was very impressed by all of the subcontractors who worked on the bathroom - they kept the work site very clean (not an easy job), worked hard, and were excellent craftsmen. I especially enjoyed working with Dario, who was on site much of the time - it's clear that he cares about his job and the projects he works on; no detail was left untouched. Same goes for Tom, who kept us updated every step of the way and communicated very well via both texts and email (my preferred method). The end result is a gorgeous hall bathroom that's been entirely updated - new tub, shower plumbing, vanity, toilet, electrical, wall tile, lights, fan, and floor tile. We plan to renovate our master bath next and will definitely be using Wise Builders for the job. Outstanding work!

Recent Review: SOD did a really beautiful job on our bathroom remodel and addition of a laundry closet. To start, they gave us the best estimate and were the only contractor who offered a creative (and effective!) solution for how to add the laundry closet into our home. We had a couple of hiccups but they are very professional and worked hard to get every last detail right. Their guys (who are all SOD workers, no subcontractors, which I liked) work extremely hard and went almost nonstop until the end of each day, and everyone was friendly and polite. I was especially happy with their painter and would definitely want to hire him back for any interior painting. His work was flawless. Our project manager, Joe, went well out of his way to make sure our bathroom vanity mirror looked exactly the way we wanted it to, and it was no small feat. He also took time to patiently answer every question I had. Oren, the owner, stopped by on several occasions to check in and made it clear they wanted us to be 100% happy with the project. I look forward to hiring them again for our next remodel.
