2 men and the owner put up scaffolding to reach windows and completed the work and cleaned up well others came and gave us much higher proposals with much more work required he completed quickly and efficiently-he was very clean and professional he has called to check after heavy rainstorms to monitor the work we would recommend him to anyone

Aand P is doing excellent work. I need to be clear: This is a problem that our building has dealt with for years and it's super difficult to figure out what exactly is causing the problem. It also only seems to leak during big storms from the east, so there is always a bit of lag time as we wait to see if the leak returns. All of that said, Aand P is so so responsible and responsive. Description of Work
A&P has done many projects for our building -- most relating to a leak that my unit has on the 8th/top floor of the building. For the price listed above, they applied a sealant to stucco that covers the elevator bulkhead and also installed a new roofing material at the top of one of the bulkheads. In the 6-12 months prior to that, they performed a water test on our roof, installed new roofing and installed a roof decking material. I'm sure they've done more than that, but all in the same scope of work.

The crew was punctual and got right to work. They were courteous and professional. Stellar company with excellent customer service. Free estimates, competitive pricing and quality work. I'd hire them again n a heart beat. I'd highly recommend this company. Excellent work!! Stairs came out fantastic!

We had water seeping into our basement. Aand P came out and proposed to dig out the outside foundation wall to waterproof, and to install french drains inside our basement.
