Strive to please the customer very professional and reasonable service. Was able to contact regarding setting appointments and flexible time frames for customer. Return calls were timely very impressed with the service
$120 for them to tell me I need a new dishwasher. The technician said itâ s almost always better to replace GE dishwashers than repair, which would have been really nice to know over the phone. Waste of time and money!
Hi Riley, sorry to hear you were not happy with our service. We will call you but there was actually more to the notes than just replace it. Our service professional was there for an hour and diagnosed your dishwasher. Identified the service bulletin related to your model with the door issue, then found the error code for the thermistor not being detected. Based on those errors and your description of stopping mid cycle he recommended a new control board. We are happy to work with you to make you happy - over the phone we wouldn't be doing you a service if we told you to buy a new one without even knowing what the issues might be and pot

Hired Mr. Applicance via Angi to come out and look at our broken washing machine. They quickly contacted me within minutes of my Angi inquiry with some windows of availability. I set it all up over text message, which was great. They texted me with the photo and name of the service tech when he was on the way. Service tech was knowledgable and friendly. After diagnosing the problem, the service tech gave an estimate to replace the damaged console. Since the repair would cost almost as much as a new machine, we decided to replace the washer instead of repairing. We paid the very reasonable service / diagnostic fee. I would use this company again.
Customer service was very helpful and William the Technician who arrived on time and was knowledgeable and repaired our washer. He explained the issue and effected repair. He was very courteous and practiced COVID safety processes. He was knowledgeable and was a credit to Mr Appliance. I will call Mr Appliance for future repairs. Ron - Orlando FL
