Refrigerator broke, Sears couldn’t come until August 16.
This company came out within 24 hours. Decided not to do the repairs because they were 60% of the price we paid four years ago when we bought it brand new.
Tech explained things and was very patient with my frustration!

Josh is a remarkable tech. Out of all the 12 appliance repair companies I called, he was the only one who said he could help me. He is extremely efficient and worked assiduously to remove the top of the fridge, which was uptight against the ceiling. If you are reading this review, strongly consider his services because he is prompt, friendly, and quite knowledgeable regarding appliance repair.
He will be the first one I will call if I need future appliance service.

I have used another appliance repair in the past but when I looked at their recent reviews I decided to try someone new. Ty was on time, communicated what needed to be done to fix it. Very courteous. Even came back the next day first thing for a minor issue that came up. Very easy to reach and didn’t ignore me. Price is about average. I would hire him again if anything else is needed.
