My relator had Emerald inspect a condo I was considering buying. I had some initial concerns and Emerald did just an outstanding job. Her report was extremely through and had supporting documentation video, and still photos. I ultimately chose not to purchase the property likely saving me in thousands of dollars. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Super kind and extremely professional. My house looks amazing with the new roof and siding. Not many places will indulge in 100 questions with patience but they did. They were there every step of the way to help with anything we needed which included helping pick colors lol. Great , a very professional crew. They did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen which was 50 yrs overdue. They basically gutted the kitchen and redid everything including flooring and appliances. They were very Covid responsible wearing masks and social distancing when appropriate. They were open to our ideas about our remodel and offered great suggestions and solutions unique to our needs. The remodel cost was very reasonable as well.
