I was very excited to be working with Braylon Lester and 3DL Construction on the purchasing of the Lot and completing the home build; as well as getting the opportunity to select the interior and exterior finishings. I lived nearby and I would stop by to see the progress. Braylon was very accommodating and informative. I'm overall pleased with my home purchase.

Braylon Lester is an overall level headed GC; when I became a little apprehensive about the time frame of work, he always had a solution.

3DL extended my patio, covered it and added all the right touches. They supplied everything so I didnâ t have to purchase not a single thing including ceiling fans, Kamado Joe grill, refrigerator. I loved the all inclusive price. They also wired everything for TV and internet. Additionally, they poured the slab for my hot tub and wired it as well. Finally, I have artificial turf and putting green and they made sure to move sprinkler heads and restore my turf to like new after completion of project. The workers are all respectful and cleaned up as they went along. They also have a person to help you decide upon design and colors if needed. SHE is also amazing! I would use this company again. I love the all inclusive pricing and the customer service was tops. The quality of work is amazing. The addition looks like it was built with the home. By the way, Iâ d gotten 9 quotes for this project however I would have had to provide appliances. Not with 3DL! Braylon Lester (owner) is the best! I even received a thank you gift after project completion. I am extremely pleased.

With ALL major jobs there can be hiccups/delays but with this company that's not the case -if at all possible this crew will make it happen and do it with quality work. They are timely and professional. I would recommend them to others!👍

The owner is genuinely concerned about doing the best job for the client. He is reasonable and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to be fair and ensure the client is satisfied. The paint crew is absolutely superb!

I hired them to do a kitchen remodel, my issue is they have all but quit the project and they have not finished. Today was the straw that broke the camels back, he told me he would be here and he no showed and no call.

Over the last couple of years we have horrible experiences with contractors. Like just walking away from the job to completely ruining things in our home. 3DL did an amazing job (partial kitchen remodel) from start to finish. As with any remodel there were a few hiccups, but, Braylon handled them quickly and efficiently. Braylon and the crew were all friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. 3DL's number 1 priority is 100% customer satisfaction. We have several other projects we need to get done and we will definitely be hiring 3DL for these projects. Thank you Braylon and crew!! Finally a good experience!
