Scott ExteriorsWork started in February and completed in Mar. Hold up was strictly due to all the rain we had, but they took advantage of any openings to continue to completion. The teams that worked on our house were great and Bruce and his team took all the time we needed to answer questions and responded quickly. After installation noticed a window stress fracture and it was repaired by (Pella) quickly. In June had a couple of adjustments that needed to be made to flashing and it was handled without a fuss. I would recommend Scott Exteriors to anyone thinking of have work like this done. I have no complaints and will definitely use them for future projects.- John N.

Jon Wright IndustriesThe project manager, David Votava, presented himself professionally to understand all the work details and answered all my questions. The provided work contract detailed all the agreed upon work and materials. Three windows were replaced with attention to proper alignment, caulking, and trimwork. I had new siding to replace the worn out siding on two kitchen windows. The soffit , fascia and drip edge around the roof was replaced while maintaining proper soffit venting. The seams were well fit and caulked.The carpentry work as well as quality of materials are excellent. The original 5 inch rain gutter was replaced with a 6 inch wide rain gutter with leaf guard and was neatly installed. The house was painted including some roof features using top quality paint. The paintjob had good coverage with clean trimwork. David is a hands on manager doing much of the work himself. He has had a lot of experience and pays great attention to details. Throughout the task, I was able to interact with him to discuss and workout various details. A final inspection walk around to takecare of any issues was performed before agreeing the project complete. All the debris was hauled away and the property was swept with a magnetic rake to pickup any nails. I am very satisfied with the job and would hire him and his crew again on other projects.- Thomas O.

I called Southern Pride Openings two times and left messages both time with my phone number. They never bothered to return my calls and I needed five windows replaced on a house I own in North Garland. Glad I didn't hire them as if they won't return calls when you are trying to give them business then I can only imagine if I had them do the work and then had issues with their work.

Over the last 10 years Brennan has done several jobs for us. Some were very large and some were very small. Recently we needed a gable vent replaced. Certainly not a large project, but Brennan executed it as if were a 30K job. They are responsive, courteous, and on time for appointments. Rhonda is incredible. We renovated a new house we bought and had her replace all of the windows in it with premium, all black, aluminum windows. They look so amazing! But the best part was just working with Rhonda. Hands down one of the most competent individuals I've ever worked with. Answered every call within like 1 ring, knew it was me, and either always had her notes in front of her or just had my project memorized...not sure which but it was incredible. Super friendly, honest, thorough, excellent communication, detail oriented, and she does such a good job of educating you on the different choices you have. And she has access to anything you could want so that was a big plus! Her crew was phenomenal too. Very professional, pleasant, and friendly. And they did outstanding work. We had all the windows replaced in a previous house by a nationwide company...it was more expensive, I cleaned up shards of glass for a whole year after the install, the windows weren't as nice, took up more windowsill space than the originals, and got the house pretty dirty. Rhonda's crew might have left the place cleaner than when they got there, and the only evidence they were even there were a couple small nicks on a couple windowsills.
