Customer called in from Yorba Linda with an emergency as their sewer line was completely backed up. We were able to show the homeowner thru our video sewer camera inspection exactly what was causing the problem. We offered the customer several solutions and they opted for a sewer liner. The next day we installed a Trenchless "No Dig" Sewer Liner also Hydro Jetted and descaled the pipe. This is a less invasive option that preserved their landscaping and gave them a 50 year warranty.…

Dylan was very courteous and spent the time to explain to me what was going on and show me what the options were in front of me. The initial contact and home visit was professional, timely and well done. The followups were polite and professional. Unfortunately this company could not meet my specific needs and their prices were too high. The plumbers worked hard and they were polite. But the quality of the work was poor. They had to come out three times to fix their unacceptable work. I thought their work would be high quality because they had an A rating. I will not hire them again.
