Louisville Gas Line Repair

We accidentally cut our gas line installing a fence post. I called Toney and he told me how to turn off the gas. He came early the next morning and assessed the situation, repaired the cut line, and also fixed an outdoor faucet we were having a problem with. He is pleasant, professional, and thorough. I highkly recommend him. He will be handling our AC needs in the future also.

The service was excellent and reasonably priced. The workers were very professional and prompt. Their office staff was also very courteous and on-the-ball. These guys have been in the business a long time. They obviously know what they're doing. They were great.

We just moved into the home 2 days before and were in the unpacking process. That evening I smelled gas and the utility company came out and said we had a major gas leak and had to leave the home. I called Page's and he said he would have someone out as soon as they finished a job around lunch. They called two hours ahead of time and showed up during a record cold day on icy snowy curvy roads. They worked inside and out for hours until the problem was identified and fixed. The team of two was courteous, clean and professional. I could not have asked for a more a better outcome for a scary unpleasant situation. Not only did I feel they fixed this problem but during their time I feel completely at ease with the 50 year old house we just bought for anything related to the gas lines because these guys were professionals. I didn't get to meet the owner in person but we talked on the phone a couple of times and it is clear he is honest and professional and true to his word. I feel like this situation could not have been a better experience. There is no question I would use and recommend them for anything gas line related again.

Too expensive for what we needed done but prompt response, very professional and honest. We are getting another estimate so this may have been in line for what we wanted done. We shall see. If so, I'd call them again.

Excellent service! Easy to get an appointment scheduled that met our timeline, very pleasant rep that did the scheduling. Chris arrived promptly and got right after it. He made sure the line was located correctly by researching the stove we were having installed later in the week. Actual cost was disclosed and agreed to before the work began, no surprises. I was told that I had a gas leak at my meter 2 months after I purchased my home. The LG&E worker that found it also said that I may have to replace the whole line because it was so old. I called Page gas lines and Ronnie Page said that he would come out and take a look at it. I recieved a phone call a couple of days later from Mr. Page telling me that he had come to look at the leak while I was at work. He said he could fix the leak at the meter and that I would probably want to replace the whole line becasue the pipe was peeling at the ground, indicating that it was wearing down. I figured I would go ahead and replace the whole line then because I most likely would have to do it soon anyway, and I wanted to be sure it could pass LG&E's pressure test. He gave me an estimate which ended up being right on the dot, and I agreed to have him do the work. Due to inclement weather it took them a few days to finish, and they ended up finishing the job as it was snowing. Mr. Page always answered his phone or returned my calls in a timely manner, and kept me up to date on everything that was going on. I would utilize his services again and highly recommend him to others.

I was worked in very quickly, and the job was done very efficiently. When I had a follow-up question, Sam and his team came back out and tweaked the initial movement of the gas line to make sure I was completely satisfied. I really can't say enough about their attention to detail and going above and beyond to make sure I, as the customer, was completely happy with the job.

We were happy with their service. All went well and they did a great job. They got the work done timely and the price was reasonable. The stuck to the price they gave us.

They did wonderful job. He came and spent a lot of personal time to look at the job. It took special equipment and did a great job with the work. He really went above and beyond. We will use them again if we need those services again. I highly recommend him.
