We contracted with Brendan Kelly/Archadeck to have his company build a sunroom addition. From the start of the project until it’s completion, we experienced professionalism at a whole different level. Each crew arrived daily and worked non-stop. They were friendly and efficient. During the building process, ANY questions or concerns we might have had were instantly addressed by Brendan Kelly. Mr. Kelly has perfected his business model to meet any consumer’s need. Distinctive Design RemodelingVery professional - I had some issues with my neighborhood association, Chris, my foreman, took care of everything for me. My neighbor watched everything DDR was doing and had even talked to the the workers, he mentioned to me several times on what an excellent job they were doing and how professional they were. The salesperson who sold me the sunroom was also very knowledgeable and helped me with the many decisions I had to make. Cost - I had called several companies, including companies that just built sunrooms since that was was I was getting. DDR was overall the best price with the end result being more a part of my house than just a sunroom added. Informative - Since I had no clue as to the process of building an addition to my home, I found my foreman and workers to be very informative in keeping me in the loop on what was going on. Chris, my foreman, let me know each night who was coming the next day and what they were doing. Money well spent, I absolutely love my new sunroom and have had many compliments from friends and neighbors. Thanks DDR!- Ruth A.

Bluegrass SunroomsOverall the screened in back deck turned out good. However, we’ve rated this project 3 stars because we had 2 issues with the Bluegrass Company. #1: They claimed that a thorough cleanup would be completed after completing the project, but debris was left behind that caused injury to our dog. #2: The Payment Process that is utilized by BlueGrass does not work and is not reliable. I completed the payment only to have BlueGrass BUG me about the payment. Unfortunately we gave BlueGrass only 3 stars because we had 2 significant issues. The cleanup & payment issue. Otherwise we’re happy with the workmanship of our screened in back deck deck!- Tomiko G.

Right out of the gate when I called for a quote, Jorge was there the next day for measurements and discussing ideas. The garage went up in less that three weeks with minimal problems (weather). Even with the current prices for materials (concrete and lumber), Jorge was able to work with me to keep the price as low as possible while being flexible. In addition he would do daily social media live streams of the construction progress that I could watch while at work. Fantastic to work with and a legitimately GOOD person. Would absolutely recommend to work with again.
