Jerry A Bryant & Sons PlumbingIt went great! Jerry responded to a late night phone call I made in a panic about water leaking from my water heater. He came over after 10:30PM to help me shut off my water at my very old shut off valve and drain the tank. I was expecting a hefty service fee, but it was very reasonable. After pricing different companies, I ended up going back to Jerry the next day for a replacement water heater and shut off valve. The price I was quoted was more than fair; it was very generous. He and his staff were punctual, completed the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up after install. Eric's Plumbing Services, LLCFound Eric's Plumbing Srvcs on Angie's List. Contacted at 9:36AM Monday morning to schedule someone to unclog bath tub drain in a rental apartment. Owner, Eric, met me 40 MINUTES later at Apartments. After taking apart the tub plug toggle. The tub drained. He adjusted toggle , re-installed, and told me No Charge, because "he did nothing". He showed up on time, 2 days quicker that my now "former" plumber (who I had used for 5 years) offered. When managing rental properties SERVICE is not "nothing". As a rental manager, he provided the service I like to provide my tenants. I'd rate Eric's 5 STARS on a scale of 1-4 STARs, and I am a notoriously harsh grader. I was so pleased with his SERVICE, that I requested estimates on 2 projects that have lingered due to non-responsiveness of my former plumber.- Lawrence S.

They installed HVAC at my mother-in-laws almost a year ago. We have already had to do three different repairs due to shoddy work by the installers and still do not have the inspection sticker due to Daunhauer's incompetence and lack of communication.

Recent Review:
We got up this morning to discover that the toilet was backing up. Not exactly what you need to happen on a Sunday moring. I called Roto-Rooting Plumbing and Drain Services. Brian called me almost immediately after I called the office. Within 30 minutes, he was at my house. Unbeknowst to me, our daughter had flushing feminine products down the toilet. As most plumbers will tell you, these products do not dissolve. Brian worked very **** ** roto-rooting the side yard where I have a clean out. I also have a clean out in the front yard. The clean out on the side yard was disgusting. For the sake of decency, I will not go into detail, but what he was pulling out was disgusting. This still did not fix the problem, so he accessed the clean out in the front yard repeating the same steps. He hit a blockage that he could not seem to penetrate. He changed bits, repeated the process, as well as the side yard again. In the meantime, my wife had been running water in bathroom sink and bath, as well as the kitchen, in addition to running water in the bathtub. As a last measure, he also inserted my yard hose down the clean out. He was basically at the point of giving up when it dislodged. He was here on a Sunday, sweating profusely, but finally prevailed. I was very happy that he was able to resolve the issue. The next step would have involved sending another crew tomorrow moring to insert a camera in the sewer lines to detect the point of blockage. Fortunately, through determination and perseverance, he succeeded around 5pm. Brian had a lot of tenacity and stick-to-itive-ness, so I was very happy with the outcome and work.
