Our consultant was not only friendly and helpful, but did not pressure us into a certain package or even purchasing a fence at all. He was very informative and spent a great deal of time with us answering the questions we had. The package we selected has a great backup program as well as a lifetime guarantee so Invisible Fence will be a company we work time and time again as we move with our dogs. The installation process was quick and professional and they called to check our utilites and power lines before install. I would definitely recommend Invisible Fence as not only great service, but very cost effective as well. The added fence did not initially retain our dog even though we had been using invisible fence in a smaller area for the previous four years with this dog. A technician rechecked our fence and everything seemed to be working properly, but the dog still left the area. The owner came and did a thorough review of the system, made several adjustments and offered other options if the current configuration did not restrain the dog. They aren't cheap, nor are other sevices I've checked. Very professional and competent, good to work with and I recommend highly.- John M.

WOW! I'm elderly and have hired dozens of handymen over the years! Mike is one of the best (if not the very best) I've ever employed! Mike is prompt, resourceful, hard working, diligent, dependable, and over the last couple of weeks shown to be smart, responsive and always polite. I have yet to challenge him with a project (and there have been several) that he has not done to my total satisfaction. I will gladly share more detail. BTW: I accidentally met Mike three weeks ago at the Home Depot check-out line where he kindly offered to help load some purchases in my trunk, so this recommendation isn't coming from a relative or acquaintance......this young man is outstanding!

The work was done quickly, the price was reasonable, and the fence has held up well to all kinds of weather. I waited for over 6 months for John to complete the work and it is still not acceptable. Although his workmanship is good, his lack of timeliness, and responsiveness made him impossible work with. On my last communication with him, ( 6 weeks ago,he stated he would be out the next week to fix the poor workmanship. That was his second attempt to repair the stair rail. I decided to move on to another local iron works company to fix the problem. Almost 7 weeks later and I have still not heard from him.
