John and his crew are exceptional. From estimate to completion, everything went smoothly. John answered every question right away, got back to us when we had yet another question, and alleviated any concerns. Our neighbors appreciated his diligence when cleaning up the roof debris. Repairs to facia and some other items were done as well. Price was on point. John even came back to tweak a few items and patched an area where birds were nesting. Beantown Home Improvements, Inc.I first contracted Jim several years ago to execute my vinyl siding and roofing project. Most recently his crew installed laminate flooring in four rooms. The work has been top shelf and each of the crew has been on time, customer focused, good suggestions, and went above and beyond with their efforts in many cases. Jim is a very professional businessman and has never, in all these years, failed to quickly respond to a request or question that I had, even if it did not involve contracting Beantown for pending work. POWER CONSTRUCTION ROOFING & SIDING CORPI highly recommend Power Construction out of Natick. As part of my diligence, I received 4 quotes from various companies that were highly ranked on Angies List. Lisa was a pleasure to work with from the onset. She was always available and very thoughtful. Power was also very competitive with their pricing. The other quotes tried to up-charge us for living in a nice town. Power Construction prices every town the same. The scheduling was a breeze and the workmanship and crew were very efficient. They are hard workers and kept the site very clean on a nightly basis. Communication with crew chief was great. They replaced my large asphalt roof, rubber roof, and repaired some cedar shingles. I highly recommend them and everything about the job was perfect.- Jay A.

Beantown Home Improvements, Inc.I recently had some work done by Beantown home improvement. I had a roof/siding/gutters/windows replaced. From the very beginning of the process they were outstanding. Very responsive when I initially called to get a price. During the estimate process Jim went to great lengths to explain the process, timing, and materials that were to be used. Timing was an issue due to covid. Manufacturers were shut down for a period of time which obviously delayed jobs that had been scheduled. This was explained to me upfront to there would be no misunderstandings as to the scheduled start date. Communication was very thorough throughout the entire process, if you have questions Jim will get back to you with answers (sometimes within minutes!). The job lasted longer than expected due to weather and shortness of days but they got the job done before the winter. I could not be happier with the quality of the work that was done and wouldn’t hesitate for a minute before calling them for future projects.- ed g.

We reached out to several roofers for quotes and Paul came in very reasonably priced. He and his crew showed up early and his estimation for the time it would take to do the work was impeccable. Also, there were no hidden costs and Paul stayed true to his quote. We were also pleased with the care the crew took to clean up too. We'd definitly recommend Kavanuagh Roofing again.

"I could not give anyone a higher recommendation. The quality of work is Amazing. Mac addressed every worry and need that I had to protect our home. From the moment I called him to ask for an estimate until the job was complete he was extremely responsive and addressed any worry or concern I had. After having solar panels put on our roof we began to have a small leak. I texted him and he called me back within an hour on his day off. Within 24 hours (on the weekend) he was on my roof looking at the issue and gave us all the information we needed to go after the solar panel company. He also fixed the problem. When you need a roof, Mac Roofing should be your company hands down. I highly recommend Mac to folks and could not be happier with the product. Terrific. Not only was Tom Gordon knowledgeable and professional, he was efficient and even did our job sooner than he had originally anticipated. Cost was tied with two others for lowest and a good deal less than three others (we had gotten several estimates.) Crew came and finished on time and were very efficient.
