Daniel contacted me soon after I requested an appointment. He arrived within a couple hours. He gave me an estimate and I agree for work to be done. His team was out early the next day. The area was cleared and cleaned up. They did an awesome job. Very happy and would recommend to others

The estimation process went well. The estimator was on-time, professional and scheduled a crew to come by the following day by the end of the process. The crew arrived on time and completed the removal of the tree and debris as agreed. The only criticism was that some secondary work that I requested wasn't completed by the crew. However, I called the company and they adjusted the estimate accordingly.

Everything went great. We had purchased a coupon on Angie's List to have a tree inspection and get an estimate on removing some tree limbs on the tree in our front yard. After speaking to the Arborist, we decided to have limbs removed on both trees in our front yard, several trees in our back yard as well as the removal of a lot of overgrowth in two areas of our backyard and plant a tree that we had in a large container. They showed up on time, did the work as described, did a very good job and were very professional and polite. We would hire them again for any tree work completed. By the way, the leaves have grown on our trees and the trimming looks fabulous.

Javier is great to work with. No job too big or too small and has the equipment and people to do it all at a fair price and quick scheduling.

Exactly as advertised. Very professional. Appeared on time on the agreed day. There was some difficulty initially communicating with the team of four who showed up because of language. We worked out translation over the phone using the proprietor, who came to the job a bit later in the day. It perhaps would have been better to have him on-site at the outset, as he was able to make good suggestions and offer guidance, while the crew really just did as they were told. They worked quickly and efficiently. The work was good and everything was left very neat. Note that 4 men for 8 hours really is a lot of tree service and I perhaps overestimated how long it would take to do what I wanted done. Still a very good deal, and I would highly recommend.

Overall, we were happy with the work. There was some miscommunication regarding a tree house in one of the trees. We expected them to remove the debris from the tree house. They left the debris in our yard. They offered to come and pick up the debris, but we ultimately decided to haul away the debris ourselves. Otherwise, in our opinion, they were prompt and courteous and did a good job.

Henry did a great job cleaning up after himself. He filled in all of the divots in the ground from felling the tree with soil and cleaned up all debris (as well as some debris that I've had lying around).

We have used Hughes Landscaping for approximately 5 seasons. They are very prompt, we have never had to call them back, and our family and friends compliment us regularly on how well the property is kept (we help a little bit, but it is 90% Hughes Landscaping staff). It is also nice to work with a full-service company who can handle odd jobs that may come up. In addition to general landscaping they have also done sidewalk repair, drainage work, tree work (removal of fallen trees), and fence repairs (from the fallen trees).

Port's Tree Service is the best at what they do - trim up treesi in your yard. There are so many inferior companies doing this work. Port's is honest and the quality is excellent.

Adirondack was punctual, efficient, and clean. Their estimator was right on time and did a quick assessment of our trees. We had identified three trees to trim: (1) leaning onto our roof, (2) a large branch shading a prime part of our garden, and (3) branches brushing against a bedroom window. I discussed the three, and he agreed they should be done, and also gave an assessment of a "declining" tree that I asked about (he didn't think it needed to be dealt with yet). On the day of service, the weather called for thunderstorms, so they called and were able to reschedule for 2 days later. On the day of service, a team arrived on time, did another quick walkthrough with me to make sure they understood everything, and set to work. I left for work, and came home to find everything done, and possibly neater than before.

Project went really well. The workers were fast and efficient. They thoroughly cleaned and removed all debris from yard.

The Company handled the ghastly pine tree with expertise and professionalism. They were timely, courteous, and did an excellent job of cleaning and hauling away debris. They were careful not to let debris get on neighbor's yard. The price was right. I would use them again.

Arbor Artists did an excellent job of trimming our trees. There was a slight confusion over the scope of their work. They promptly came out and rectified the situation & did not bill me until. I was completely satisfied. Excellent company.

I contacted Angie's list on Monday (6/2/08) to find a tree service contractor in my neighborhood and selected Custom Touch Tree Service. They came out to my house early Tuesday morning (6/3), gave me an estimate, and told me they could do the work that day. When I arrived home from work that evening, the 2 trees had been cut down and all debris removed. The owner called me that evening and asked me to leave a check for him the next day (6/4), which I did, and received the receipt via e-mail the following day, today (6/5). Excellent service!!

I had used Mark and his crew before to grind down some stumps in my backyard. I liked the work that they did and wanted someone I could trust to do some additional work. Mark and his crew removed ten trees ranging from 25'-45' high, ground all resulting stumps They even ground some stumps remaining from trees that were cut down by the previous owner. They wrapped up the job by hauling away all the resulting debris. Oh and they also removed a decayed limb from one of the trees that I didn't have cut down. I highly recommend Mark and his team. They are professionals who do the job the right way. I'm very pleased and will use them again.
