We had snakes in our attic and they came in and removed the snakes as well as removing / replacing insulation to a blown in insulation. A++

Eagle Pest Elimination Services were pretty good. They came out last summer to deal with a snake problem. He did a good job. He did get rid of the snakes!

Denny from Environmental Pest Control has done a great job. He removed a big snake from our basement and helped seal the foundation. We appreciate his professionalism and effectiveness. Would definitely have him back if we have another incident.

Jeff was extremely prompt, professional, and friendly. I called him, and in 30 min. he was at our home. He presented my options for snake treatment, and took care of the problem right away. I will use him for all my extermination needs -- I trust him around our home, I am impressed with the quality of his work, and the professionalism of his family-run-business no nonsense demeanor.

They gave me a good understanding of what the different kinds of pests were in my house. One time I had a snake, and even though they don't really deal with snakes they showed me how to lay sticky boards down. They were generally helpful.

I called on a Tuesday after we found our 5th baby rat snake in our (finished) basement -- but the earliest their snake guy could come was Friday. So while we waited I did everything I could think of -- filling crevices, replacing grilles over dryer vents, putting up glue traps, etc. We had one more snake, but the by the time the guy came we hadn't seen one in 2 days. Nevertheless, he did a VERY thorough and knowledgeable circuit of the whole inside and outside of the house, checking for points of ingress, evidence of other pests, and providing lots of information about how to deal with this kind of thing. Turns out I had done virtually everything he would have either recommended or done himself, and there was not much for him to do. Therefore this qualified as a free consultation. He gave me a handful more of glue traps from his truck, and that was that. I would definitely use them again in a similar situation, although I would hope in a real emergency that they could come sooner than 3-4 days. The young man was clearly extremely knowledgeable about snakes and other wildlife.

I have only had the initial service of having traps placed & disinfectant for snakes, mice & spiders. The technician was on time, explained everything that he was doing & did it in a timely manner. He did an excellent job.

It was outstanding. He is very dog friendly. He gives the dogs treats that we provide and they go inside so they won't get hurt by the snake. He comes when he says he would. He will call if the weather is going to bad. I can't think of anyone else when it comes to pest control.

Wonderful and quick service! Tim Jordan and one other gentleman came down to the house within an hour of my panicked call, and removed the snake from the premises. They also checked underneath the siding all along the perimeter of the house to make sure there were no other snakes. They also pointed out a lot of things I could to keep the predators away in the future. And had I not already had a pest control service with another company from a year ago, I would have signed up for Summit's rodent control service as they seemed quite impressive (would include going into attic to lay traps). Would definitely use them again!

It went well. They eradicated the pest. We called them the second time for another issue. They were timely. I think they exactly did it in a timely manner. When the guy finished, he said it will be $200. I said, "No, I believe it's $99." He apologized. He wasn't even aware that it was an Angie's List call. It was a good price. They were responsive. They were here on time. We got a snake in the house. We killed the snake and got rid of the snake so they were not able to tell us where the snake had come from. If they had found everything, it would have been an A. They were pretty good for the price. They deal a wide range of pest.

I had originally purchased this deal due to a snake problem that I have. After speaking with PestNow, LLC they informed me that snakes are not covered under their maintenance agreement but they were considerate and spent some time speaking with me about what my other options were and how I could handle the situation. I was very impressed with their staff and would recommend them to everyone.

It cost $250. They were a little bit pricey. The work they did was average. They could have better communication, reasonable quotes and more clarity on information they could share.

He put in a trap for mice and that ended up attracting snake. This trap was great because we caught a lot of mice and we were pleased with the service.

This company was amazing to work with! They were extremely responsive, very polite and professional. Our technician, Brandon did a great job. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. We will be using them regularly.

No one wants to have snakes in their basement - but Paul from Animal Control did what public animal control would not do, which was permanently remove the snakes from the property. Set traps and continued to check on us for nearly 2 weeks. His first concern was our safety and helped to restore our confidence in our new / old home.

They were unable to find a snake after about forty minutes, due to the amount of insulation in the attic, and they said there was nothing they could do about it. They said they could do more damage to the insulation while looking for it. They didn't offer to put out snake traps or anything else, so I have purchased some myself. They said if I saw it again they would come back. They told me to tell the electrical company that was supposed to come up to install lighting, that the snake had been removed by them. I don't feel comfortable lying that the snake is gone, if it comes out, putting others at risk.

WE HAVE USED WARD PEST CONTROL FOR 10 YEARS. THEY PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE GONE OUT OF THEIR WAY EVEN WHEN THEY DON'T SPECIALIZE IN A PARTICULAR PROBLEM (LIKE SNAKES).

I used moth balls after two days. Two phone calls to VPWS the morning following the discovery of said snake - one in AM describing situation and one in late morning/early afternoon asking to confirm if they would even perform the removal. I did not receive a response that day or the next and so tried the moth ball approach after work and let the snake out.

I was very unhappy. Critter Control came out and poked around, looking for the snakes. They made a few suggestions to keep them out of my yard. They were supposed to put a snake barrier up between the bottom of my fence and the ground. However, they only did the back segments - not the entire yard. He was supposed to put some poison down to drive the snakes away but never came out. He kept calling and saying he was going to be out but he never showed up. I finally called the boss and gave him the whatfor, and asked for my money back. The boss was almost as bad as the tech. I never received my money back, he really didn't address the issue, and he didn't call back when he said he was supposed to. To top it all off, they tried to sell me new windows.

Great first impression. Recently moved and set up initial treatment. General pest control as well as treatment for snakes. Denny was professional and very informative. Highly recommend the personal attention and detail that a smaller company like this offers.
