The move went very well! The movers kept control of the safe despite the wet grass and did not cause any damage to my property while moving it. They completed the job quickly and put the safe exactly where I wanted it.

I contacted No Hassle hauling on a Monday at 6pm in reference to moving a 500lb gun safe from my basement to my bedroom up two flights of steps. They responded with in 10 mins of my request and got to my home at 8am the next day work was done in half an hour. Great service and great price at $250.

Called them for pricing explained what I wanted done - moving a 1400 pound gun safe into my garage from driveway. I then called several moving companies in the Manassas area. While they were responsive and could have done the work today, the moving company could have done it today as well. I always try to buy local and to spend money in the county I live in but they were about $50 more than the company I am having do the work in Manassas that is farther away - I can't be more than 3-4 miles as the crow flies from them but they were more expensive than the moving company that is more than 20 miles away with more overhead

Moogy and his guys are fantastic, efficient, careful, no task is too hard, including an 860 # safe! Second time I have used them and if needed, won't be the last. Would recommend very highly.

Steve is the master. He moved my safe after several "safe" movers quoted much higher priced and told me it would require much more effort then Steve did .

Steve is a nice guy...when you can get a hold of him. I left him at least four voicemails that he did not respond to that I needed a safe relocated and that I was looking to buy a vault door for a new property. No reply. I will be using another Fort Knox dealer or buy a Graffunder unit.

Their service was fabulous. They had a 3 hour minimum which was no problem even though we only need about an hour or so. They came out the first time and we discovered the safe was damaged during shipping so they agreed to come back again when the safe was replaced to move it and not re-charge another 3-hours. Really decent people and I would call them again in a heartbeat. They did a great job moving an incredibly heavy and awkward object down basement steps and perfectly positioned it where we wanted without damage to the steps, walls, door frame, etc.

Excellent efficient job. They sent 4 very congenial/personal hard working men who got the job done in 30 min. They were right on time. Would absolutely consider them again. I honestly needed to get this done very quickly. They came the day after contacting them. Although I thought the $398.00 was a bit on the costly side for a 1/2 hour job, I had nothing to compare it too because I was interested in getting it done quickly and didn't get other quotes. The 4 men cost $199.00/hour but I also had to pay for another hour 1/2 hour each way to and fro for travel time.

Dave called before the work to confirm the locations and delivery. His crew arrive on time, and set about their work in a very efficient and professional manner. All items were moved safely, without any damage to the items or the house. Very impressive work. The crew was neat, polite and very skilled in their work. Great job! Highly recommend Dave the Mover.

Early, great communication. Called an hour before arrival. Didn't secure piano bench and it fell off of top of piano. Rapped upper half of piano only. Not the whole thing. Used open trailer. I was totally expecting a enclosed type of truck. Was worried about rock salt winter road deb re hitting piano. I don't think that this is how an instrument should be transported. Piano front legs are skinny and at one time was bent during unloading. The threaded attach end was loose so it flexed without damage. They did a good job of protecting house floor with mats. Overall it was an average "C" experience. If this was a gun safe it would be a different story. I feel a little more finesse is expected for a musical instrument and was expecting more. A couple of guys, small trailer with dolly's and you could do the same thing for free. Rent a small enclosed Uhaul with the piano dolly and you have a much more professional move.

Matthew and his crew did a fast, clean, safe/careful, highly professional job moving our home today. I was very impressed every step of the way and in fact, they were faster than I could move! On top of that, everything was moved safely, without nicks or dings or any damage, which I am super grateful for. On top of that, Matthew and crew are super nice, making a very stressful time easier and quite literally taking a big load off my mind - and schedule! I truly couldn't have asked for anything more. A great big thanks from a very satisfied customer....and I will be sure to both recommend him to anyone needing a mover.....and use him again in the future too!

Very well. Company requested, and I provided, photos of the ground they would have to move it over and the doorways they would have to go through. They had enough people assigned to get the job done and the right equipment to unload the safe, move it through the house without damaging anything, and detaching it from its pallet.

The customer service was awesome. Very pleased with everyone we had contact with during this whole process. They have a great staff. We would definitely use these movers again, and will recommend them to our friends. We did look at other moving ideas, but so glad we went this one way.
