I've had several pieces of furniture repaired at Pro Furniture Doctor. He did an awesome job and I thought my chair was beyond repair. Very reasonable prices and it looked just like new.

I highly recommend them. They picked up, repaired and delivered the chair all as promised. It even appeared that they cleaned the upholstery. There was a pick-up/delivery fee of $75. The charge for the repair was $150. This was far less expensive than purchasing a replacement.

I found the company on Angie's List, called and left a message - they responded quickly - they picked up the chair when they said they would and delivered it back to me when promised - it was an expensive repair but the chair is a leather Hancock & Moore recliner and it cost a lot of money to begin with so it was worth it.

Willie was very thorough. He did a complete inspection of the chair and showed how the back would need to be fixed as well (that is what we get for waiting over 4 years to fix it!). Willie thought it would be a month that we would be without the chair but made it a priority and we had the chair back in just over a week

Spicer's is fabulous! This is my second experience with them, and this experience was even better than the first. Mr. Spicer personally helped me pick out the fabric for its durability and matching the color I needed to coordinate with my couch. The people who took the recliner from my home and delivered it back were professionally friendly and did their work in a blink of an eye. While there were two very minor issues with the upholstery job itself, Mr. Spicer had someone to my home within 3 hours to fix them. Now the upholstery job as well as the color match is absolutely perfect. While at my home, his person also fixed problems with another chair. While this store is known for its quality and reasonable prices, what may not be known is how nice Mr. Spicer is as a boss since he has at least one 40 year employee! I can recommend them unconditionally.

He was very reasonable, showed up on time and was able to fix the issue that no one else could fix. Im not 100% sure on the price as well.

I called to make an appointment to fix my recliner. I was told to by the entire mechanism and they would come and put it in for me. I did not find a mechanism or know what to buy.

We could not be happier with the work done by Mr. Kanter and his crew at RAM leather of Manassas VA. He gave us an estimate for the work , a date for pickup and one for delivery. All was done on tie and the work was beautiful. Our leather dual recliner and two leather barrel chairs look as good as when they were new and they are 15 years old and have been in use every day in our family room. We recommend this business highly!

I really like the design of this recliner so I didn?t want to buy a new one that I didn?t like as much. Their work is very beautiful and it took less time than I thought it would. He came to my house to give an estimate and he brought books of fabric. Once I decided on the fabric, they took the chair out to the van and took it away. They told me that it would be three weeks and right before we hit three weeks he called me to say he was still waiting on a part so it would be a few more days; it was plenty prompt for me. Because we were in my living room with the fabrics and I could compare it to the furniture and the rug, I was able to pick a fabric that I really like. It looks like a new, custom-made piece of furniture. i would definitely use them again; I'm saving up to have a love seat that I inherited reupholstered.

The frame had a lifetime guarantee. I talked with the La-z-Boy people and they explained that because it was more than 3 years old, labor would not be covered. Also, they would send out an inspector first and then a technician to do the work, and we would pay for both. The minimum estimate was more than what Looney and Sons charged me including delivery. I was so happy with the reupholstering Looney and Sons did on my sectional piece, that I talked with Ryan in the office when I picked it up and requested this repair. The recliner was too heavy and awkward for me to transport, so I had them pick it up and deliver it back. The work was done as scheduled, the pickup and delivery was smooth, and the recliner works great.

Dave came promptly, identified the broken spring and then went home and found a new compatible one online. He then came back and replaced both springs as the other one was worn out. He showed great foresight by purchasing two springs, even though I thought I onlly needed one.

He has a smaller operation and he did great work. All the other places that I called said that they were unable to fix it. I was very satisfied with the finished product and I would use this service provider again.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD, AND FAST. I WISH THAT THE CHARGE COULD BE PRO-RATED INSTEAD OF A FLAT FEE. HE WAS HERE FOR 20 MINUTES, AND I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR AN ENTIRE HOUR.

RAM located parts that, although not PA House provided, could be made to replace the broken parts, and within a week, as promised they repaired the chair to my satisfaction. They were upfront that they could not guarantee that it would not break again, but felt it would provide service for a reasonable time, so I authorized the repair and have been happy with their work. I would definitely use them again, if such services were needed, and I would recommend that anyone consider using them for any furniture repair/refinishing work.

I was very pleased with David's repair to my home recliner so, when I bought a new large executive upholstered chair for my office that came unassembled, I called him again. As a senior citizen I am not able to handle such a heavy piece of furniture. David made an appointment quickly, arrived on time, assembled the chair and even took the boxes and packing to the office condo dumpster for me. I will call him again, if I have any furniture needs.

I sent a picture to them and they said it would be over $1,000 to have it refinished. I didn’t have the work done because their suggested work would be too extensive and I realized I just needed a mechanical fix. I didn’t get in touch with them to tell them that all I wanted done was repairing the recliner. Their communication was excellent though.
