Some of the stuff I had was perfectly usable. But, the people that pick up don't accept it. That's why I called Junk King, because they pick up everything. I was very happy with them. They also told me that they recycle as much as they can if it's usable. That's why I like them more because I don't like throwing stuff out that still has some use in it. I didn't even have to move it. They just came and took it where it stood. Mostly it was from outside. They charged by how much of the truck they fill up. There were two young guys. They were in and out so quickly. I thought it was quite reasonable. I had quite a bit. I think I filled a quarter of their truck. It was big stuff. The reason why I called them was because they said they took away grills. They couldn't have done a better job. They were prompt. They gave a two and a half hour time period and they came at the beginning of it. I was very pleased with their price. I'm very happy. I got rid of all my junk. I had an old grill. It was a very large heavy grill. I had a baby plastic play set thing that was really big. I had these pieces of metal that I've had on my gutters. I just had a little of this and a little of that and it was gone.

In scheduling, they were flexible. The office personnel whom I dealt with on scheduling the services was extremely pleasant and nice. Because of her, I felt comfortable in scheduling with them. Likewise, they were promptly on time. They were courteous and extremely quick to complete the job but it helped that we had pre-staged the items that we wanted removed. They offered to take the items directly from the house but we wanted to get everything pre-staged for our and their convenience. Also their estimate was cheaper than other estimate, even without a coupon. I will use It Haul's Good in the future and recommend their services.

Recent Review: Lofft made the basement and garage of our 1920s townhouse go from a dank, dreary place worthy of only storing junk into a lovely, sophisticated living and entertainment suite that we are happy to show off to friends and family. The project included replacing old low-hanging pipes and moving plumbing lines into the rafters, digging out the old, uneven basement floor, widening door and window openings, installing a beautiful wet bar and luxurious bath, and digging out to create a new patio under our existing deck. While the process was not without its hiccups, which included some frustrating delays that were in significant part due to DCRA permitting and weather, Alex and his crew worked very hard to make sure our basement was ultimately everything we wanted it to be. It turned out better than we ever imagined!
