Real Touch Maids
Real Touch Maids was very responsive and punctual; For the most part they did a good job in the kitchen and bedrooms; the floors looked great, but they rushed on dusting leaving many pieces of furniture partially dusted. They also left some residual red cleaner on a couple of the toilets that did not look to appealing. While they lacked attention to detail in some areas, I would probably give Real Touch Maids another opportunity to clean my house to see if they could make it right in the future.

They arrived on time and cleaned our three level (3 bedroom, 3.5 bath) townhouse in two short hours. They were thorough, professional and did an overall good job. I did have to apply bleach cleaner to a few spots in the master bath shower that were missed and no checklist was left as promised in the consult, but I was otherwise pleased. They followed up immediately afterwards to ensure quality of performance. I will use them again. I have bee very impressed with the professionalism of their employees, ranging few the service manager who came out to give me a price estimate, the office staff who scheduled the service and followed up afterwards, and the housekeepers who performed the cleaning. Maid Bright is a quality operation.

The service went very well. I'm happy with the quality of work. I have no reservations about using Atlantic Maids again. I spoke with Kathy on the phone, she was polite and professional. Everything listed in the scope was completed, and the communication once we were scheduled was prompt and they kept me well informed. My only complaint, if you'd even call it that, was that it took maybe 2 days from claiming the Angie's List deal to actually get the appointment booked. I had to call in. To me, that's not an issue, others, perhaps. They honored the claim without issue and performed the work within the short timeline that I needed. That's an A rating to me.

Paula came to our house to give us an estimate. We have had the housekeepers every other week now for 2 months. Two maids come each visit, so it only takes them about 2 hours to complete the entire house! The first time, Paula stopped by to make sure the house was being completed to her standards. I have been very impressed - everything is as clean or cleaner than if I did it myself. The maids even tidy the towels, the kids' dresser top, and change the sheets and make the beds! I think the price is very reasonable for our 3 story, 3 bdrm, 3 1/2 bath townhouse.

They were Amazing!! I had been working 7 days a week for several months and didn’t have the time or the energy to do a through cleaning of my home. The team was professional, courteous, arrived on time, came in and cleaned everything so spotless that when they finished, my home looked as though it were just moved into again. All of this was completed within a timely manner, just shy of 2 hours and was affordable. Maids Prime
The two housekeepers from Maids Prime were prompt and efficient. In the bathrooms they cleaned the counters, mirrors, shower doors, floors, tub and toilet. In the kitchen they cleaned the counters, stove top, mopped, and did the dishes. (They initially forgot the oven, but cleaned that when I pointed it out during the walk through at the end.) They also vacuumed, dusted, and mopped the common areas of the house. They were very thorough and worked diligently for several hours.

Super Service Award Recent Review: Three Skilled Maids arrived at my home as promised. They had their own supplies and only requested paper towels, which I did not mind providing. They worked as a team in each section, and appeared very organized and practiced in their approach to their work. They cleaned areas that had not been addressed by prior housekeepers, which resulted in a very detailed result. When I did a final "inspection" at the team leader's request, I found a few small areas that had been missed - very understandable since they had never been in my home before. The team quickly took care of those spots leaving me with a house that would pass any discerning eye. I plan to make Skilled Maids my regular housecleaning team. Thank you, Doris, Carla and Batrese!

It isn’t always the same set of people because sometimes they have to make substitutions, but the woman that came out this last time made my house sparkling and neat even though it started as a disaster area. There is nothing like coming home to a clean house that you don’t have to clean. I have had them power wash my house before and do a whole house deep clean, and they were excellent with those as well.
Super Service Award Recent Review: It was first time for the housekeeper to work in my home. The home is rather large: 3 levels w/ 2 full and 2 half bathrooms. At my request, Signora concentrated on the kitchen, the bathrooms, the master bedroom, the carpets, floor boards, baseboards, and wood-floor areas. She could not clean everything thoroughly because, in my opinion, 4 hours is not sufficient time to clean the entire house well. (I and former help usually needed twice the time). However, what she did she did well. The housekeeper clearly forgot to take sofa cushions off the living room sofas and and chairs in order to clean away the crumbs before replacing and fluffing them. It seemed that Signora was cleaning one specific thing in each room (e.g., mirrors) before doing something different (e.g. dusting floorboards). I have no idea if Signora forgot to clean the under the sofa cushions in the family room, because I did not check when she was still in the house. Perhaps Signora ought to consider cleaning well one room at a time, so if time runs out, what was not done thoroughly --or at all-- could be cleaned first the next time. Signora left the bathrooms and kitchen sparkling clean -- better than they had been in months. She worked so hard that she was perspiring on a cold day. Time ran out before the tile floor in the foyer and down the hall could be cleaned. Signora's supervisor came inside to check on things before driving to their next job. This, for example, is why I think 4 hours seems insufficient. Perhaps I need to re-think having the house cleaned weekly. I will discuss this with the supervisor. I need to stress that the housekeeper worked hard, invested all her energy and strength in the job, and was a delightful lady. I look forward to seeing her again this week.
