They initially came very promptly, and on a Saturday (which was important to me). They ordered a replacement window from a home improvement store. Unfortunately, it was not in stock and had to be special ordered. That took close to a month. After it came and an appointment was set (also on a Saturday), it rained, so the appointment had to be rescheduled for another Saturday. That one was canceled at the company's request, and another one scheduled for a Saturday. This one worked fine. The serviceman came promptly (not the one who had come originally) and spent about 5 hours, including time to go to the home improvement store to get some lumber. Job appears to have been well done, and the price was reasonable. I expect to use them again for basic carpentry where suitable, and to obtain supplies from the hardware store. If my next job involves unusual components, I may give them more information when I first talk to them on the phone or check out the home improvement store's website or store myself in advance.
