We were having trouble looking for the right company to install our generator. You called the few companies 3 to be exact. Infinite electric was the fourth one that came to our house. The technician that came over was Victor. From the initial phone call all the way down to the training for the generator overall there performance is outstanding! Heidi the dispatcher was so pleasant over the phone. She gave me options for dates and time. I have a very busy schedule and Heidi was very patient and professional throughout our phone conversation. Victor came out a few days later and explained everything thoroughly with me and my husband. Their price was just a tad higher than the rest of the other contractors we went with infinite Electric because of their great customer service, the way Victor explain everything in detail with us, and overall the whole entire project went smoothly. I would definitely hire them again.

Excellent service. Also fixed a couple of things inside the house. One fan was damaged during the repair and they paid for a new fan without hesitation.

The office representatives are super responsive and the project manager, Michael, was very punctual, knowledgeable and skillful. The price was reasonable for a 22KW Generac I believe.

Joseph Nasr is a professional who runs his business the way businesses used to run: person to person. I dealt with Joseph only. No phone trees or messages left. He was always available, by phone or email. He explained what he had, how it worked, asked a fair price, gave timely updates on permitting and installation, and then took the time to explain how it all worked. He's solid, reliable, honest, and very competent. Truly a pleasure to do business with.

represensative came to our home and showed us the various generators that they install and service. We chose a GE emergency generator. Service personnel came out and laid out the bed for the generator and installed a platform around the generator bed. The generator was delivered and several mem came out to install the electrical connections. We choose the systems we wanted attached to the emergency power system and they were wired into the box.The gas company upgraded our gas meter and CDS worked with them to ensure connection to the generator. Inspections were completed and we love the security of have emergency power available. All service personnel were professional and knowledgeable and we were very pleased with their work and attitude.

Awesome and fast install. These guys know what they are doing. I haven't seen someone operate as efficient as these guys did. They were never late and keep all their commitments that meant a lot to me. These guys know everything about generac units even the ins and outs of the installs that only an experienced company would know. I am glad I choose this company it was well worth it.

The Big Deal I purchased was not sufficient to cover the work required so we had to do an estimate which was significantly more expensive than the deal. Installer could not finish work the first day, so had to return and did complete the job.

CET arrived on time and did a great job. The technician knew his stuff and took the time to do the job right. A representative of this company came out within the week we called to have them come out and give us an estimate. Upon meeting them it was evident they knew their "stuff". But we still did our due diligence and received (3) estimates. All the contractor's were nice and all about the same price, but we were very impressed with WireNuts' knowledge, professional mannerism, and responsiveness. James came out for the initial visit and estimate; Wayne and Jarrod came back to do the initial install of the generator...not an easy task but they were quick, quiet and professional. We had a gas contractor (Tim Allen) come out and hook up the gas to the generator; before we could call to schedule the finishing touches and initial start up of the generator, James called us to check on the gas line installation and immediately scheduled an appointment when we told him it was done. James came out and performed the finishing touches on our generator and walked me through how it worked as well as made sure I knew little intricacies of owning a whole home generator. Our generator looks amazing and we can't wait for the next power outage to use it. Very accommodating since I was unable to be in town during the period of the offer, NNM offered to do it when I returned from a lengthy trip. Came promptly, worked efficiently, aptiently explained the workings of the switch to me and did a nice clean up when done. A++

Solutions Electric came out to provide an estimate to install a generator that we purchased. He was prompt and knowledgable about the hook-up however the estimate was pretty high considering the other estimates that I received. They told me that the hook-up would cost me between $5100-7200 depending on the location and that did not include gas utility hook-up, not sure if inspections were included with cost. Overall we decided to go with another company, but I'm glad I was able to use Angie's list to solicit several estimates.

After reading the positive reviews on this site, I scheduled an evaluation with Vance to install a backup generator. We agreed on the following Saturday. Vance called Saturday morning and said that he was backed up and would not be able to get to my house. This was not a big problem as I know that sometimes this happens. We rescheduled for the following Wednesday. I took off work to be home, but Vance never showed. After two no shows and not so much as a call the second time, I have switched to another provider.

Very friendly salesman. Was always responsive to questions and willing to work with us on a schedule. All installations were done at the designated times. The job was done sloppily. Wires and pipes were installed in a very disorganized and haphazard fashion. Decisions on the gas line and power line, that were supposedly decided before the plans went in for municipality approval, were changed by the workmen on the day of installation. The generator works as promised.

Our home had only electric until we installed the whole house generator so Pullin had to deal with all the extra added work that comes with getting gas to the house and working with outside municipalities to accomplish many tasks - Steve Fine did the work for us and he was wonderful - he is knowledgeable and professional and responsive either by email or phone no matter what my questions are - I had gotten 4 different quotes and had many conversations with all the companies and many just weren't able to give me the assurances - we moved to VA 3 yrs ago and had a Generac whole house generator so we know pretty much what needed to be done and how things should go and the other companies made us feel like they didn't know all that was needed and Steve Fine did. The total cost includde $1000.00 for the electrical configurations which I did not add because a newer home may or may not need it. I have referred Steve Fine and Pullin Electric to many people and at least one friend now has a whole house generator - try them they are awesome!
