We selected the company in a large part because of their Angie's List ratings. We needed deck cleaning, deck and fence staining and deck repairs done. Getting the work scheduled was a challenge, but it was no fault of theirs. The weather was just not cooperating with all the rain we had! Once it was scheduled, they showed up as promised, working when we were not at home and completed the repairs and cleaning. They returned again to complete the 2 color staining and Carlos and crew put in a very long day to get it completed. A follow-up visit occurred where Carlos came and completed touch up work. We are very pleased with the results. The deck really turned out beautiful! Job well done. We would hire them again.

My wife and I extremely pleased with the cleaning & staining work performed by the crew from Power Wash Plus (Woodbridge) !!! Will definitely use them again for future work. We have an upper story deck, and a wraparound fence (kind of like "three and a half" walls to the fence). Everyone at the company was extremely HONEST, professional, friendly, responsive, and courteous when interacting with me. THANKS to Suzzy, Sharese, Dominic, and (work crew) Jay & Edwin!! // DETAILED REVIEW // I had obtained a total of three quotes before deciding who to select (including one from a very well-known "Kingstowne" home services company that clearly has a 99.5% unresponsive demeanor like "take it or leave it -- we've too busy to respond to your questions or calls after 6 weeks"). Power Wash Plus was the clear choice for my wife & me! They were very patient and responsive in answering the few questions I had. I had a comfortable feeling very early on that I could trust them. The estimate and scheduling was handled through Suzzy & Sharese. Along the way, I spoke with "Dominic" about our desired stain color. Our HOA had some very specific restrictions on the color palette. Before they had me return the signed estimate, Dominic thoroughly and patiently explained the pros / cons concerning the darker stain we wanted. He also explained how they'd prepare the area to protect from overspray (this is also clearly, completely explained in the estimate). The cleaning was done in mid / late October, and staining was completed yesterday (Sat 21 Nov). In all cases, they made positive contact by email and phone / voicemail to ensure I knew when they arriving the next day. When the cleaning crew arrived in October, I was hosting several work meeting online that day, and couldn't answer the door. However, the PWP the schedulers and also the estimate had clearly explained we didn't need to be at home during the cleaning or staining -- we just needed to have any furniture cleared off of the deck before they arrived. Unfortunately, I don't know the names of the folks who did the cleaning, but they did an A++ job. The deck looked so good afterwards, I was thinking "Wow! Do we even need to get it stained?? It looks great!" Of course, it was going to need staining and sealing to protect the wood. The staining was done by Jay and Edwin. The called me just as they arrived, and I came outside to greet them (they had masks and we remained socially distanced). They were just really, really nice / sharp / polite guys. They were extremely respectful of our home, and of our neighbor's home / property as well. Our home has a bathroom on the ground floor, and I ensured they knew they could enter that door to use the bathroom whenever needed. Before the staining work, Jay and Edwin took great care in preparing the area using cardboard to protect the windows, plastic tarps to protect our ground floor patio (concrete), and lots of masking tape as need to protect certain fixtures. They also realized that I was selecting a very dark stain color -- before starting, they confirmed with Dominic (who called me again) just to double-check that is what we wanted. I really appreciate their care in doing all of the prep work and confirmations. Most importantly, they did a very THOROUGH, PROFESSIONAL job with the staining, itself. Before leaving, Jay and Edwin rang the doorbell and asked me to take a look at the work to ensure it was okay. It was so fantastic that I tipped them a lot right there! I was really pleased with the outcome. BOTTOM LINE: Very pleased overall, and will definitely look up Power Wash Plus again from future deck cleaning / staining, or power washing. Thanks very much! HINT: When I notified my next door neighbor, he reminded me to also SHUT OFF OUR HVAC unit during that work, since the company would probably cover the top / fan of the outside unit with a tarp during cleaning / staining. I did that -- great tip that saved me from stressing the compressor unit.

We are really happy with how the deck turned out. Morgan and crew did an AMAZING job. We have never seen someone work so hard. The prep work (cleaning and sanding) they did was outstanding. Our deck looks like new! This is the third crew from All American we’ve worked with and their crews are the best. Everyone is always so friendly and nice, polite and respectful of our home. Jon, the manager, took the time to help me understand the process and differences between stain products. He personally came out the day the stain was applied to make sure the end result would be as I expected. They went above and beyond so that the finished job was excellent.

I have utilized the services of Buena Vista Window Cleaning since 2018 and have always had an excellent experience with both Bryan and Briggitte. They are pleasant to interact with, honest and very hard working. They fixed up our worn down deck and did such a thorough job that it looked as good as new. They have since done window, deck and patio cleanings for us and have always done a good job. I can trust them to tell me what needs to be done and they don't ever recommend anything unnecessary and are always reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!

They came very quickly and thoroughly measured the deck and prepared an estimate. I liked that they had a color brochure available to choose a stain. I scheduled the cleaning and staining. They date was pushed back because of rain which is understandable. They spent almost 6 hours cleaning our deck. They were very professional. In a few days they came back and did the sealing. I am very happy to have a deck that looks like new. I was also very glad they took the time to cover all exposed items in our patio below. I would highly recommend them.

They did a through and professional job on deck power washing and staining. They were responsive to our needs and followed up immediately. We have a 3-level, custom designed deck with built in planters, benches and lattice work. They were thorough in cleaning every corner. We have requested that they used a stain that they have never used before. They were up front with us about that. They applied it professionally using roller, brush and sprayer and were very attentive to details. After the stain was applied, parts of the floor have glossy sheen on them. They responded promptly, called the manufactures for guidance and returned to correct it right away at no additional charge. We are very pleased. Our initial contact was professional and responsive. Their inspection and proposal were delivered promptly. After working through some scheduling miscommunication, the technicians arrived promptly and began the cleaning and restoration process. Wow! Even before sealing, the deck looks better than it ever has in the 12 years we've owned the house! The technicians were all prompt, courteous and professional. We will definitely use them again in future and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

1. Went well, paid half to set the wheels in motion. Once the rain stopped long enough a cleanig was scheduled for target day. Since no further rain fell, we had a good deck cleaning and also the siding around the deck area out back cleaned. Looked like newly done deck. The guy arriving did a very good job. 2. After a few days drying time, and the rain threat stopped again, the next Monday was the day for deck refurbish completion: two guys arrived; they pounded nails as needed; sanded as needed (especially railings); and, oiled/stained the deck with some professional grade product. Paid last half (actually a little less than estimated). Our deck now looks great! Even newer than our neighbor?s new deck (which they had installed about 1.5 years previously). Our neighbors love it as much as we do. We are happy out grilling again!

Jim did a fabulous job cleaning, patching carpenter bee holes, and painting our deck. His care, attention to detail, and thoroughness seems to be how he would approach doing the work on his own property. He suggested a high quality stain (Benjamin Moore Arborcoat) and brought some paint samples he had made at the paint store that day so we could get a good feel for the colors (sometimes the paint chips at the store are too small), including some colors we hadn't considered. We ended up picking a color that was closer to what he recommended, and it turned out to be a great choice. Jim and his small crew took the time necessary to properly clean and prepare the deck for painting, and painted sufficiently to ensure full coverage of every surface of the deck and railings. We are confident the work will stand up to a few seasons. He was also very thorough in putting up plastic sheeting on surrounding surfaces, so that not one speck of overspray resulted. Hyland Home Services is a company we would recommend without any reservations, which is not something we say about most providers. Their service and integrity is second to no other providers we have worked with.

There was some confusion over date and then time. Original time was 2 pm - they came early (8 am) and water was not turned on so they saif they would be back. They returned the same day around 6 PM and completed the task

Great! I reviewed a lot of online sources to find someone to clean and stain my deck late in the season. I found Dan on Angie's List and liked the reviews plus his location of service. Dan did a fantastic job. He was very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and responsive and his work was reasonably priced. He made adjustments in his schedule to fit my job in before the weather was not feasible for outdoor painting. He did a very good job first time round and when I questioned the color of stain used when he was done, he didn't hesitate to do the right thing and he came back and re-stain the deck again in the color which I thought we agreed to! That was after I paid him, which shows his true character and dedication to customer service. He provided sound advice and recommendations on other of home repair issues we discussed so I'll be using him for other project need in the future. I highly recommend Dan for any home projects in his specialty area that you need.

Worker was very punctual. He was very professional in his work and did a good job of cleaning the deck.. The project took an hour longer than what was projected, but it was worth the time to get a clean deck.

No call, no email showed up at my door. Looked at the deck and sent an email for $400. Dec is not 108 sq ft larger than the 200 sq ft at $ 275. Not very professional. No response from my email rejecting pricing.
