Robert Martin from the company responded first thing Monday morning (I had sent an email late Sunday night) with the following message: "Unfortunately we won’t be able to assist. We aren’t taking on anymore work at this time as our schedule is booked out a ways." A+ for responsiveness Would have been better if he had given me an option to book something later on. It may not have worked but it's always nice to be given an option.

All work completed for us has been completed professionally and efficiently. Working with Allan and this team has been great. Highly recommend Allan Brown Remodeling for Commercial and Residential needs.

We needed a new roof for our commercial office building (10,200SF of roof) as ours was over 30 years old. We contacted a few different companies but eventually decided on Arocon as their pricing was great, they gave us a great solution for our terraces, and they were able to work with a very specific schedule we requested. Our work was done over a 2 month period due to our specific schedule and it went very smoothly. We knew what was going on, how loud it was going to be, and they were very clean and considerate of our clients. Our project consultant, Adam, was in communication with us regularly and ensured the project went smoothly throughout the duration. Our roof is currently done and it looks amazing! We would not hesitate to give them a call for any of our other local buildings that would need a new roof.

The estimator and owner were always involved and participated. The repairs were always good. One time the leak was more substantial and Pond explained that the problem was beyond its capabilities because our roofing system was more commercial than residential. I was referred to a commercial roofer. That work turned out to be minimal and the problem was solved.

MG Roofing (Marvin) did a great job on our flat roof. They did what they said they would and in a timely manner. We are very pleased.

Corely Roofing did an outstanding job on a difficult repair to the flat roof on our apartment building. We had had persistent leaks and a chronic problem with the guttering that no other contractor had been able to fix over the previous 18 months. Corley sent out a team of 4=four excellent roofers and they finished the work in only a couple of hours. The owner came out and checked the work and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again.

Augustine was prompt, courteous, and professional throughout. I have had several commercial interactions with them over the years and have been highly pleased.

Eric arrived on time and did an attic inspection (w/photos) and then proceeded up on the roof to look for signs of potential water intrusion points. He was able to seal several locations with a commercial roof sealing product.

Scheduled an estimate 2 weeks ago for roof repair and new gutters. Received a voice mail the night before they were to show that they had to cancel my estimate because they "would no longer be doing residential roofing". Apparently they are getting out of the residential business and going only commercial. It would have been nice to know this 2 weeks ago so I did not inconvenience my tenants.

Good----not high pressure like other, big-box home improvement store. Also, in terms of buying things, I think this Lowe's, and all other Lowe's that I've been to, are very good. Layout of the store, employees, general feel of the store, is much better than the other big-box store. The store is always organized, things are well stocked, and when I've asked questions to employees, they answer them, or find someone who can. The employees are generally nice and appear well trained.

RIBA construction was the best experience I have ever had with a construction / remodeling company. I had a custom job converting an unfinished building to a small business commercial retail space. The owner, Rich, personally came out to look at my project and was a true advisor to me on what things I needed to consider to avoid future problems, save money, and achieve the visual outcome I was hoping for. I found the entire transaction highly honest and with the upmost integrity. I was truly inspired by the wealth and depth of knowledge displayed in the design phase of the project. The crew that came out to do the work was on time, cleaned up diligently every day, displayed a high level of professionalism and produced the highest quality end product I could have imagined. Every time there was a slight deviation in plan they walked me through the options and fully explained the best resolution – and most importantly kept me in budget without charging me extra – it was as if they were committed to me and this project rather than boosting revenue and profits – this was a breath of fresh air as compared to some of my previous experiences with other companies. My small business commercial retail space is now completely finished – Insulation, drywall, flooring, door and window installation, painting, trim and molding work and roofing – all brilliantly done. The end result is phenomenal – RIBA is the last construction / remolding company I will ever need – they are now my go-to for all things. You will be in good hands with RIBA.

It went very well. The crew showed up in the morning, they were very polite, they worked hard and cleaned up well afterwards. This is the second time I have used Augustine Roofing. They did a commercial roof for a client of mine two years ago.

Bottom line, the "fix" worked great and the drain should last another 20 years which is approximately the next time we will be replacing the roof, also successfully installed by DBS Roofing. This is a great company and I highly recommend them for your commercial roofing repairs, maintenance and replacement.

Lee Hi was great. They were open early and welcomed me into the store before business hours. They cut my sheet to order while I waited and sent me on my way much sooner than I planned or expected. If you need some custom sheet metal work, I'd recommend visiting Lee Hi Sheet Metal first.

Tom's team came in on time and did what he said they would in the expected time frame. I was on site for the whole installation. They obviously took pride in their work. A neighbor of mine who runs big commercial construction projects on a global basis noted that the roof looked like high quality commercial construction. I'm very happy with the details. I wish we had chosen a bit darker color gray for the metal but that is on us. I recommend trying to see actual samples rather than looking at internet pictures of colors. I would hire Tom's team again and I highly recommend them for a high quality standing seam metal roof installation.

We had a few shingles go missing after some serious wind. We called at least 3 local companies for estimates. American Cowboy was the only one that made themselves available immediately. Another company gave a very expensive estimate over the phone, which without even seeing what we needed, was more than what American Cowboy quoted... and they still weren't going to be able to come to our house for another week. Another company, to our surprise, blamed Angies List for being too busy and offered a date that was about a month away to come inspect our roof and provide an estimate. American Cowboy had a little problem with our contact information the first time we called and couldn't come as scheduled, but they were very apologetic and even offered a discount for the trouble. When they inspected the roof, they found we had a couple more issues on the roof (need for recapping pipe collars and resealing vents). We're very happy with the job. You can't even see where the shingles were replaced (they look exactly the same as the rest of the house)!. I don't know much about roofing, but I think they did an excellent job. The only thing I wish they would've done is to include the attic in their inspection (not just outside)... I just think it would've been a bit more thorough. But again, I don't know much about roofing, and I didn't really even ask if it was necessary. I will use them again in the future.

Grady and his Roofing Team led by Donnie replaced our roof and remade our skylights. The roof repair was great and done in 2 days. Our 8 skylights had to be remade to 1 commercial size, skylight which required a special order. We are very happy with the work! We would highly recommend Grady and his team.

They arrived as scheduled and got the work completed in 1 1/2 days. When they tore up the old roof they said that I needed additional wood to secure the trusses. They never itemized the wood I needed, so I am not sure how much they used vs what they charged me (roughly $400 worth). When they completed the job I noticed that some of the roof was not seated as flatly as I supposed. They told me that it would eventually flatten with exposure to the sun and heat. I was also concerned about leaking, but they told me to call if I experienced a problem. They gave me a 15 year warranty. Hopefully, I won't have to use it!

Mike Laudicina and his sons, Chris and Tim, and everyone who worked on this job were courteous and highly professional. They were on time and knew exactly what they were doing. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and then did it. All the subcontractors did this as well. They are a Residential & Commercial Construction company

Estimator was prompt, thorough, and professional. Have used them in the past and would have used them for this work had my friend offered to do the work at his "friends discount".
