Great. Didn't need to cut drywall (this time). Repair was made to fix leaking. Experienced plumber cleaned surrounding area to remount and seal to house siding. It's much better than before! Would hire again to fix all plumbing issues. Great service!

Great…fixed all items! Will Grant figured out that replacement faucet parts would work and he repaired the faucet. He replaced the shower tiles. He repaired the drywall that was damaged in the room below by the shower faucet leak. Super.

They were great. They touched up the walls in our half bathroom and did some tile repair and also fixed a window frame on the exterior of our home. They got a lot done in the 3 hours they were here.

Great services from the start. The staff inspected our shower and identified the area within the shower door that was improperly sealed. They removed the door and panel, sealed the interior and applied fresh caulk to the exterior, and expertly replaced the tiles that we had removed to examine the extent of the water damage.

William and his team did an amazing job painting our entire house and installing a kitchen backsplash. They painted the walls, ceilings and baseboards in addition to fixing a number of drywall seams, nail pops and other small issues. Overall we were very impressed with the finished work and would highly recommend Williams.

They sent a guy over with a tube of silicone. Was really hoping they'd have the ability to do a better fix in the minimum two hours they charged - maybe actually done some regrouting. It fixed the problem, but could have done this myself for a lot less.

This is an update to the review I submitted on 9/23/2016. The flooring problem was rectified. As I said in the previous review, the owner is a very man, honest and wants to do good work. He had been seriously ill so he could not come back to repair the floor problem for a couple of months. But now he has returned and brought with him an experienced flooring guy. Hence, I am revising my original review.

Carlos and his team were on time, perfectly priced, and extremely professional. I recommend MTR to all our friends needing pretty much anything in their home done. Previous to this last time, he's also done a ton of work on our rental property to make it more modern and desirable.

Company was responsive with estimate, and Bryan the repairman was punctual and worked quickly. Though the grout is not an exact match (i.e the location of the repair is obvious), in happy it's fixed and understand. It is difficult to get it exactly right.

This is the second time that I've used Looney's. Like the last time the whole process was handled well and professionally. Everything was well done. The estimate process was quick and straight forward and the scheduling was easy as well. For all the work I received ample notice of the timeframe when the workers would arrive, and they usually arrived at the early end of the scheduled time. The work itself was done over three days and they paid attention to the details, to the point where they came back to fix a issue that was not up to their standards, and before I noticed.

The handymen, Rene and Sung were polite and professional. They did a great job repairing several bathrooms- caulking and replacing grout in showers and bathroom floors. They were also able to remove a cat door from two of our doors. They did an excellent job of filling the holes with wood, sanding, and repainting so you now can't even tell there were cat door cutouts at one time on those doors.

Everything was a breeze. Nicole came out for an estimate, and was friendly and knowledgeable. Very laid back sales technique, and didn't try to upsell anything. I was reminded that there could be hidden damage and any estimate could be revised once work began. An estimate was not given immediately, but was e-mailed shortly after close of business. While, I'm used to businesses giving estimates immediately, a well thought out estimate was certainly appreciated. Nicole said the work could be done in a day, but I'd arranged to give a few days, even though it meant waiting a few weeks for the work to be done. There was no pressure to get the work done immediately, and they were fine with my time-table. Richard came out, and looked everything over again. He was quick, punctual, knowledgeable, fastidiously clean, and free with any advice. During the work some trouble spots reared their head, and he gave me all the options, with his advice. Some of the work was less extensive than originally thought, and they quickly revised the estimate downward. He did come out the next day briefly to finish up the kitchen and re-caulk the shower. I'm glad I didn't make him feel rushed, and let him take his time and do a good job. Any company that doesn't leap immediately to the option that costs more is refreshing. He also gave advice on how to keep my grout lasting for awhile (I apparently take out my stress and aggression on the grout when I clean the shower). Grout Genie is low pressure, very knowledgeable, and high quality. They are more expensive than their competitors, but well worth it, because you get what you pay for for something like this. I will use them again!
