When the appointment was scheduled I was quoted about $150 for the fireplace cleaning. Upon inspection he said I needed the deep clean which was to the cost over $500. I would have liked to have known all possible costs and what to expect up front rather than finding out real time and having only a few minutes to decide. Hopefully after the deep clean though, the basic yearly cleaning week be sufficient for at least the next 5 years.

Highly professional and experienced. They did an awesome job of cleaning my stove insert and flue. and left the system cleaner than the last time I had it done a year ago. They left their vacuum cleaner in the garage and ran a long hose into where the stove is located, and they cleaned up after themselves. Thank you Joseph and Lupe! And than you Cindy for a great job handling the administrative side. You folks are now my go to company for all things related to fireplace insert and flue repair and cleaning.

Albert came out and gave his honest assessment on the chimney - no cleaning necessary, some cracking mortar at the top but nothing to worry about right now. Chimney cap installed quickly and cleanly (showed us pictures). Thanks, Albert!
