Andre is a gem of a find as it goes with contractors these days. He does what he says he is going to do, shows up, and is a great problem solver! I hired him for multiple jobs on our total remodel: extensive drywall repairs including ceiling, range fan hood installation, kitchen faucet and plumbing conversion for single sink to double, bathroom and full length closet slider new door installs, minor relocation of our range outlet and deck powerwashing. All these jobs were done very well and any bumps in the road were tackled with the kind of creativity you can only get from a deep base of knowledge and experience. One of his most admirable traits is his persistence; he just doesn't let a project get the best of him.
He was always willing to share knowledge, which was invaluable for me as a first time "general contractor". We will most definitely be asking him over to our new house if we have the need!

Frankly, in this process of refurbishing my condo prior to sale, Ehsan is the only contractor who hasnt disappointed me with irresponsibility, disrespect for my time, or poor service. He was quick to respond, on time for our appointments, efficient with explanations, accurate with his estimates and done ahead of schedule. This shouldnt be so rare. A+, Ill be calling him again soon.

Absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Terry called me Barack very quickly and understood my problem immediately, despite my lack of technical knowledge. He had his lead repair person, Nick, over in 2 hours. Nick was early (called first) polite and clean, following COVID protocols. Nick was able to fix my 2 windows without requiring new parts, saving me over $100 off the already agreed to price. He was even able to explain how the problem occurred….user error for sure. I will gladly use them again and have shared their info with the other condo owners in our complex.
