I had four estimates for my interior home renovation project which included replacing flooring and painting. This company was not the lowest estimate but I appreciated the professionalism and the detailed breakdown Of the work and including waste disposal. Jorge and his team were friendly and came to work as planned. They even finished the project ahead of schedule. Price was fair. Great results. We needed some overall maintenance done on one of our properties,but where we were most astonished is when Percy,& Juan bought to our attention the accumulation of damage that had been done to our solar panel system by nature,critters,& time in general. Most solar panel companies do not conduct inspections based on the environment where the system is placed. I recommend everyone stay proactive in any of your property investments. However,if we don t know what we are looking for,then how can we find anything. Prestige Solar Services really opened my eyes. & this was only @ one property...

Overall, we are satisfied with the results. Hired Syed to redo laying porcelain tiles, that I had done myself. The tiles were challenging to work with, but his team did a good job, considering the material. They also anchored a gazebo in concrete. Half way through the job, I decided to expand the scope of the project and pave another area, which came out nicely.

We hired Harbor View Restoration for an extension that we wanted built on an existing first floor extension. The price was extremely fair and the crew showed up on time and began working on the demo portion of the project. Once the exterior wall was removed, the foreman called to show me that they discovered that the extension that we were building on was lacked all necessary supports and was likely put on without permits or was just a screened in porch that someone boxed into make it part of the main structure. Although there was clearly a problem, I called a friend who is a building inspector to verify that the everything that he was telling me was accurate. The inspector confirmed the problems and told us that we were lucky he didnât just continue with the project and that he did the right thing by stopping.
Despite the additional cost to rebuild the first floor (a problem that had nothing to do with Harbor View), we are extremely pleased with the project. Both Frank and Mike went out of their way to guide us though the process, came to give the most cost effective method of safely resolving the problem, and had a crew at our house 6-days a week until the project was 100% complete.
We really consider ourselves lucky to have found them. We believe that if we had hired a small company, the project would have lasted months because they wouldnât have been able to commit such a large crew to our house every day for a month to finish everything. We also believe that another company may have just thrown the extension on the first floor without rebuilding with the necessary support because they wouldnât have had the capacity to fix it properly.
After the project was completed, I sent Frank and email to discuss a few minor imperfections. Less than 30 minutes later (at 9pm) he called to apologize for the problem and had a crew at our house at 8am the next day to resolve everything better than we ever expected.
