Luis of the Fixit Team came out to quote our job in the snow - an unusual event in Atlanta for sure. They came as scheduled despite the weather and quoted a fair price. We hired them and they completed the work a couple weeks later. They did good work, were friendly, and showed us some other issues around the house (which we asked for). We had a very challenging yard with a huge slope and unusable space. We received estimates from multiple companies, but as soon as Shannon came out and gave his opinion, I knew we were going to use Scenic South. Shannon and his team were professional from the jump; he kept me informed throughout the process around timing and costs, and always showed up when he said he would. The quality of work he and his team did is amazing. They transformed our yard from unusable space into a huge, beautiful yard that our family will enjoy for years to come. It was a pleasure to have Raul repair the tile in my shower. From the initial conversation (where we discussed the issue and he provided an estimate) to the final one (where I paid him a very reasonable price for the services rendered), he was polite and professional. He arrived precisely on time both days and respected social distancing (important in these times) while performing the repairs. The quality of the work was excellent. My shower now looks like new and there is no evidence that it has been repaired.
For reasonable pricing and highest quality work, I highly recommend Punch Renovation and Construction.
I plan to call Raul for other jobs as the need arises.

Since Samson excelled in the two previous interior renovation projects they completed for me, it followed that Iâ d ask them to knock out some exterior maintenance issues, as well. I needed some damaged siding and associated trim pieces replaced & painted on a back wall & chimney, prominent fascia/trim on the front and some light trenching in the back. Even as the job was small, Randy kept to the same high standards Iâ ve come to expect from Samson... they continue to be my â go-toâ guys!

They removed a garden tub, relocated and enlarged the shower and enlarged the master closet. We have large ornate crown molding we wanted to keep & Marty was able to closely replicate it allowing us to maintain the look that was originally there. They were willing to make suggested changes during the installation and worked hard to meet our expectations. They were on site daily until the project was finished and completed the project within the time period they had specified. Quality work and good time management.

What can I say... not enough. Mike Lannigan takes pride in his work. He gave my 15 year old townhome, which I had been renting out, a much-needed facelift including repainting, re-carpeting, plumbing, misc. repairs, tiling, exterior bay window repair, and even a deep clean. He is honest, prompt in work time and responses. Not only is he thorough and professional in his business ethic, but also is a caring person. GREAT Experience!!! Extremely satisfied with the work provided by Julio and his team (Ricardo and Jose) at Handy Dad on a master bathroom shower upgrade. Julio was incredibly responsive throughout the entire project - doing all the things a great project manager should. Phenomenal craftsmanship, work areas cleaned daily, and great follow through on every issue lead to hugely successful results.
I had never done a major renovation like this before, so I spent time researching this project to give myself basic knowledge of all the required pieces and how they work (plumbing, fixtures, tiling, etc). I think this is important to ensure the success of any project you want to take on. Julio came out to discuss my general ideas on the project and gave me a lot of confidence that this was the right team to choose for the job. I wanted to upgrade the old small dingy fiberglass builder-grade shower with a bigger custom shower with tile + new fixtures + wall niches + frameless glass door. I was able to provide my own material (tile, grout, shower fixtures + valves) and they would handle ALL the rest. The estimate came back in a few days and was more competitive than other companies I had pitched the project to. The payment schedule was agreeable and based on the positive reviews + conversations with Julio I had zero concerns with moving forward. Once I signed the contract they were able to start right away on the project without any delays. Protective covers were laid down in the house to prevent any damage to floors and carpet along the path to the bathroom, and we had a banter out front for all the demo material. The guys did a great job cleaning up space every day. At the end of each day, Julio would check in with me and address any issues and would let me know when the guys would show up the next day. Any time there was a scheduling delay, Julio was always responsive in letting me know what was going on. The end result was better than I could have imagined. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, and they will be the first call for my next project.
