I wish I could use this company for ALL the restoration process. They came promptly and got to work right away cleaning up the water damage from a broken double hot water heater in third floor attic. They were at our house until at least 1 AM the first night. They came back everyday for a week to check the drying out process and not for just a few minutes, they were here a couple of hours everyday checking out all the areas. Aubrey, Todd, Oscar and their crew were very professional and explained everything they were doing. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone who has water cleanup issues. Like I said if they did other areas of restoration I would use them for that also. They made a bad situation more bearable knowing they had it under control the entire time.

From the very beginning, they were responsive to my inquiry (RC). They arrived on time (Herman). They went the extra mile (Kris). They were all so very courteous with southern hospitality. I moved here from DC and the home purchased needed carpet cleaned of pet smell. The job was done professionally and thoroughly. They came out late at night and water vac'd the room, removed the wet pad and left me with a huge fan to help dry out the area . The next day, installed new extra heavy replacement pad, and re-stretched my carpet.. They did a good job for a reasonable price.

We were in the middle of packing out and moving from one house to another. We had the water turned off in the house but when the water company changed the meter to a digital meter, they turned the water back on and the pressure was so high it burst a pipe. Every company I called said it would be weeks before they could help us. I turned to Home Advisor for their recommendations. Chayson with Rapid Restoration called me back immediately and said he would come and assess the situation; Chayson and Patrick were at the house within an hour. They found my husband trying to push 18,000 gallons of water out of our house with a squeegee and one wet vacuum. They told him to stop, that they had it and immediately brought in a team of men and went to work midday and worked until the water was dispersed and then set about drying out the house and remediating the water damage. Patrick oversaw the jobsite and the workers were all very professional. Their honesty was most impressive. There were some items that been overlooked in our packing that were small but valuable, and they brought them to us as soon as they found them. The whole downstairs of our house had to be torn out--floors, cabinets, walls, everything. I have a lung condition and was unable to be there and the one time I went Patrick said, "don't worry, we will take care of this for you. We will save anything we can and document everything we can't save or that is damaged", which they did with an almost 1500 page report of descriptions and pictures. The crew had a really hard job because, as stated, we were in the middle of packing so things were strewn across most rooms. I also should mention there were 2 very large, 2 large, and 2 regular size curio cabinets that were full of breakables that they had to pack out which was a monumental job in itself. They did a fabulous job with everything, I would not hesitate to recommend Chayson, Patrick, and their whole crew to anyone for any remediation job needed. I certainly would not hesitate to use them for anything in the future as they went above and beyond the call to perform their jobs in a thorough, timely, and professional manner. They worked extremely well with our insurance company to be certain everything was documented and covered as mentioned in the above report. These men are the "dream team" in my opinion and I have not one negative word to say about them or the work they performed. My husband was the most grateful and relieved because knowing Rapid Restoration had the job under control, allowed him to go back to his job and not worry about what was happening at the house.
