Brian and his crew of professionals did an outstanding job and finished earlier than expected. I had several overgrown areas and had a visual in my head of the layout and retaining wall. We hired Sam and his outstanding crew to repair the bottom third of our driveway and the wood retaining wall which was rotting. Sam devised an actual drain with a grate which he drained out to the side, this solving the water problem. The stone retaining wall is fantastic (and maintenance free) and was tied into the concrete with rebar which was also laid on main drive before pouring the concrete. His crew was VERY polite and easy to work with and worked as hard as any men I have ever witnessed. The project took about 8 days from start to finish. They came when they agreed to start and didn't leave until the project was 100% done. In these days when it is so hard for a homeowner to find a contractor to do great work at a fair price, it was so fantastic working with Sam and his team. I cannot say enough good things about these guys and I will call them for sure if I ever need such help again. Thanks, Sam!

Lissette and her company did an excellent job at our home. She provided suggestions to our designs which was a blessing because we needed additional input. We loved the outcome of the project. They were on track with cost and the project completion. She had a great team that worked at our house. They worked each day and clean-up efficiently before they left. They also were very nice people to work with and made sure your expectations were met during and after the job was completed. I would recommend DM Deco and Design to my family and friends and hire them again for other projects.

The gutter replacement was done when promised, it was done quickly and professionally and the price was as presented in the proposal. The new gutters is far better than the old gutters. I am looking forward to the next rain to see how well they perform. I am telling others about Gutter Gard excellent work and installation. Thanks to the superb crew at Gutter Gard South.

Kip and his guys did an awesome job from the beginning to the end.
Kip listened to what I wanted and was great coming up with suggestions.
Turner Concrete and Grading is very professional to work with and the most important thing they did what they said they were going to do.

If I were to write all the reasons why Michael and GA Home Builders is amazing, this review would be a short novel. My husband and I had structural issues with our 3 story town home. We got 5 quotes from very reputable companies and off the bat, Michael was different than the others. He came over the same day I called him for him to look at the issues. He was the only contractor that didn't want to add on additional things and said he would save our flooring and ceilings if possible when doing the structural repairs. All the other contractors wanted to tear up our flooring and carpet and install new ones. Any major changes to your home is so stressful and finding an honest, trustworthy contractor is even harder. At the end of the day no matter what you're getting done to your home, you want a contractor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, understanding, and will communicate with you every step of the way and Michael does that. Our home is now structurally sound, we have a brand new gorgeous fireplace that we literally sent one picture and a description of what we wanted and he nailed it. I will always contact Michael for any remodeling/home repair needs. He goes above and beyond, has an eye for design and knows this industry like no other. I learned so much from him. Michael is amazing and the best, kindest contractor you'll ever meet. He wants to make his customers happy and will do what it takes. Thank you Michael for what feels like a new home! If you need anything done to your home, give him a call. You'll want to get many estimates and Michael should definitely be one of them.
