It was a pleasure hiring Mr. Estevez to remove a small partition wall separating our dining room from our living room. He did a great job with the removal, patching the hole on the adjoining wall, and painting over it. He was even gracious enough to paint the rest of the wall just to make sure everything matches. If you're looking for an all-around Handyman who is honest, affordable, and does excellent work, look no further than Mr. Estevez.

Great communication and excellent quality work. DC Drywall hung and finished mold-resistant drywall in my basement for what I think was a fair price. Cruz kept me informed at every step of the way. He and his crew were professional and friendly (even after having to haul all those sheets of drywall through the house and down the stairs). They kept the drywall dust to a reasonable minimum and left the work area clean.
I wouldnâ t hesitate to hire DC Drywall again.

Highly recommend this company! We had our tile stripped throughout our home and grout cleaned and sealed as well as our Master shower caulked and sealed. It turned out better than we expected.
I wish all companies were as organized and professional as Looney's. It was a pleasure working with Mr Looney, Matt, Omar and Armend! The icing on the cake: The actual bill we received was less than the quote. Grade A company

My main water supply pipe had burst so I called multiple companies. Faruk was the first to respond and show up on a weekend to inspect the damage and provide an estimate.
Things I like about this company:
1. They were extremely responsive to my needs and questions
2. They honored their estimate even though there were a couple of unforeseen obstacles which increased the length of the project and possibly the cost to them
3. They negotiated the estimate lowering it considering my situation
4. They took care of all permits and inspections
5. They cleaned up after the project was done to the best of their abilities
6. They were upfront and honest about the damage to my lawn due to excavations
7. They were very courteous and professional
Things they could improve:
1. The project took a little longer than anticipated. A lot of their work was manual which could have been fast tracked with the use of machinary i.e. digging etc.
2. We replaced the entire main pipe assuming that it was defective/polybutelene pipe since it was underground and flooded. We layer found out it was not the case but they proceeded anyway rather than fixing the broken length. While I think it was probably the safest choice it may not have been necessary and they never brought it up later.
