Andy was able to handle the checklist with items ranging from hot water heater repair, waste drain pipes, water tank gauges to adjust water pressure, outside outlet re-install and a new toilet that he selected to address the water tank problem. This was all done quickly and in a cost effective way to make this a smooth project for me. Andy was able to understand immediately what needed to be done. I continue to use Andy for all my home projects and especially when I need a trouble-shooting approach. Angie's List has made home maintenance so easy. Handyman AndyAndy works on my projects like if it was his own home. Gives lots of options--my favorite instruction is for to make it last as long as possible for the best price. Everything comes out much better than I expected. Our front door project included diagnosing a gutter leak, redirecting/rebuilding the gutter, rebuilding the affected door jamb and adjacent wall, and custom building the little roof over the outside stairs entering our house. McMillen BrothersOur sewage pipe backed up right before the Winter Holidays. Getting a plumber to come out was very difficult, and the first two we had weren't able to resolve the problem. We had to rent a porta potty and go to hotels to shower, during a pandemic! We were resigned to having to spend $10K to connect with city sewer, assuming it was our septic tank that was broken. Then McMillen came and put his high quality camera in the pipe. He found the blockage and was able to push it out. Our septic was fine, it was just a simple blockage! The total bill was only $250. We were so relieved after 3.5 weeks of misery. We will forever use McMillen after this and trust them completely.- Anna M.

Chris returned and completed full repair without tearing down walls or tiles, except the basement access panel we had removed for him. My house is the biggest investment I will ever make. For that reason, I want to maximize its value by hiring the best contractors available and installing the best equipment I can. Some reviews mention the expense. I priced other companies and Jones may be a bit higher but worth every single penny. Jones has an excellent reputation; I'm a real estate appraiser and when someone tells me that they had their system installed by Jones, I know it's a quality system and consider that in my valuation. Bryan and Angel were amazingly professional, extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and polite. Tim, the salesman, was wonderful and explained everything thoroughly. I wouldn't go to a second rate doctor and I sure wouldn't go to a second rate HVAC company. Saving a few dollars up front could end up costing a lot more in the end. I had a heating/ac system installed and I am thrilled with the results.
