Owner came in to take measurements and schedule a time for service. Service was delayed a couple of days due to injury to installer but I was in the loop the entire time. Installation took 30minutes, Very professioinal, nice installer. Excellent service. If I were to do additional windows, I would certainly contact them.

Superb. The front-end sales process was efficient and informative with Bob, and then Mike came out to do the tinting. He was on time, courteous and professional. He also did a great job. We will do some more films soon. They did a sunroom full of windows and slider, an upstairs office, and a 2nd floor foyer window. Could note the difference almost immediately. We went with a nearly transparent film because we wanted to retain the view of the outside and block heat and UV (floors/furniture). We had quality shades installed previously but they were insufficient and closed up the room. We wish we would have put the film on first.

I contacted Bob to get a quote on getting security film and tinted film installed on several windows in my house. Bob was extremely responsive and came to give me a quote at a time that worked for me. The quote was very reasonable and we scheduled the install. I had to reschedule the night before the install and Bob was very understanding and we rescheduled with no issue. Michael came to do the install and did an outstanding job. He was very professional and put on all the film perfectly. One of the windows was tough as it was old, very large, and had a lot of panes. Michael left no mess and didn't damage any windows. No bubbles in the film, it sits on the window perfectly. I would highly recommend!

Arctic Window Tinting provided the answer to the sun damage and fading to the hardwood floors and carpets caused by the beautiful but incredibly bright, hot and glaring sunlight coming through the 3 skylights in our home. The owner, Bob, was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable in providing options for blocking the harmful rays from the skylights with film would block the UV rays and cool our home. We chose this firm based upon a combination of a Special deal offer and their excellent ratings on Angie's List. We had been considering this for awhile and the coupon prompted us to move ahead. The owner responded very quickly to my call, scheduled a day/time to consult with us as to our needs and costs, and was very professional in his recommendations. We really enjoyed learning about the products and processes from him. Once we made the purchasing decision the install date was quickly scheduled, and the installer was prompt, courteous, effcient and very professional. We discovered a seal failure on a double pane window that I was previously unaware of due to its being covered by window treatments. They had no problem rescheduling the tinting of that one window after we got it replaced. I was very impressed at how they handled this little, followup job. We have noticed a differerence especially in our kitchen which faces directly East, both in reduced glare and reduced heat in the morning. We are very happy with the products and would definitely recommend this company.

Recent Review: Excellent service. Dropped in for an estimate, with no appointment. All options were clearly explained. Decided to do the tint job right then and waited for 45 minutes. Had to return a few days later to have tint reapplied to one window due to bubbling. Quick fix was done in about 15 minutes, with no problems. Price is a little more than other tint jobs, but the tint film quality is supposed to be better. The service is worth the price.
