Dave O'Brien is a DFW treasure. He has 50 years worth of experience as a builder and now lends that expertise in home remodeling and design. Beyond simply producing a set of architectual drawings describing what needed to be done, he saved me over $30,000 by suggesting smarter, more unified ways to approach the challenges associated with upgrading my old house. He is patient, stays in close contact throughout the process, and - in my case - made more than one special trip across town to meet with contractors to make sure that the initial piece of the project would be done properly. He left me with several different working versions of the floor plan to continue the planning process. I strongly suggest that anyone looking for help navigating the challenges of a major remodeling project consider speaking to Dave before deciding on a course of action.

Lynn was great throughout the entire process! Professional and very responsive. He had great ideas that we incorporated in our house design.

I reviewed Dan once already, but then our project took a long hiatus (for reasons beyond the control of Dan).
