As you can see from the picture, something as simple as making sure the saddle matches the color of the floor they themselves installed was not even something they could deliver on. Our original saddle they threw away, then they took over 2 months to bring over a new one and install it. It is the wrong color and the wood is not even finished, it feels rough to the touch. I didn't have high expectations for my living room carpet for the amount of combat it's seen- well the true professionals from Magna came in and worked a miracle by spraying the cleaning solution and using a buffer to make my beige carpet at least 3 shades lighter - all stains gone! In conclusion you can't go wrong with Magna Dry Carpet Cleaners.

The two employees that were here worked very proficiently and they completed the job within an hour and a half. They cut up the old carpet and disposed of it. They couldn't lay the padding because of the way the previous carpet was installed so they reduce the price. They were cordial and I am very happy with the work.
